又黎食生日之星飯局生日星要食北京菜係一堆選擇下選了這間老北京訂位朋友留了一隻片皮鴨鴨不肥,但皮不算脆還叫了2款餃子煮白菜豬肉水餃及煎三鮮水餃餃子不錯,煎餃較香口好味京醬肉絲味道不錯,但未到超好味的層次唔記得咩鬼酸菜白肉當一個湯來喝了有些醬及配料可添加但我比較喜歡食原味還有一個糖醋魚,椰菜絲,雜錦炒飯普通小菜一碟 一客家常餅,好香生日之星本想叫拔絲士多啤梨可惜冇晒士多啤梨所以轉左拔絲香蕉夠脆身,也不算死甜不過人手真的超不足夠等加叫菜時,等了很久才有人

I don't usually complain.  But this time, I feel I have to say something.  等了一小時都仍未有得上菜。waitress said it takes time to cookI only order 羊肉水饺, 羊肉泡饃, 炭燒羊肉串Does it really need soooo long to cook?我說要走, 才拿水餃出來Started at 7:29 pm. Dishes started coming at 8:40 pm.Just left 10 mins ago (9:10 pm). 😡Food was good though, I must admit.Meat was tender, not oily at all.If I didn't have to wait for so long, I would have enjoyed the food much.

It is rare to find traditional roast duck in Hong Kong, but at Old Peking, the crispy duck slice perfectly blends with brisk cucumber and sauce. Other than the  most welcomed dish, spicy shredded potatoes are also decent. The perfect mixture of spice and pepper leaves an aftertaste. 黑醋黃魚 $258, 另一款, 紅燒黃魚, 價格一樣. 友人喜愛黑醋的酸, 最後選了黑醋款式. 然而, 炸過的魚類, 不是我胃口. 上檯時, 賣相美觀, 炸起的黃魚彎彎的放置在黑醋的大碟上. 炸後的魚皮香脆, 魚肉入口, 尚食得出其不差的彈牙口感, 沒有霉和淋的部份, 黑醋汁的酸甜度也調理得好.

主觀以為, 此店的定價略高了一至兩成, 一般的小吃, 都要八十元左右, 小菜大多是過百元以上, 而茶錢, 每位$10, 正常價. 無論如何, 店員都十分有禮貌, 縱使當晚十分煩忙, 但上菜和菜色質素, 基本上都沒有大問題, 食得十分滿意.

之前本人去過銅鑼灣的總店,感覺地方比較擠迫,所以今次懐著一份興奮的心情去這間新店。
果然,我們一入店內覺得環境不錯,典雅的裝潢盡現眼前,亦有一種復古的味道,與總店的格調截然不同。聽說這𥚃的烤鴨是用全港獨一無二的燜爐烤制,於是點了一隻。
烤鴨推出來,鴨香四溢,顏色漂亮,食落皮脆肉嫩,朋友們都讚不絶口,說這是極具水準的烤鴨。吃之餘亦可一邊看著服務員為我們片鴨。
之後我們亦點了碟麻辣肚絲,麻辣味道適中,佐酒一流。
由於只有三個人,最後點一客香河肉饼作為主食,這點心是第一次吃,一層面皮一層豬肉碎,肉碎混合京蔥,很香亦很煙韌。
總體而言對今次光顧老北京很滿意,原來這裡還有大的廂房,下次再約大班朋友來聚餐!
