在餐廳網頁上宣傳由品味廚藝總監細意打造八道菜色的晚餐,每一道菜賣相看似很吸引,於是訂座和家人慶祝生日。於用餐當日去到餐廳時,告知那個宣傳在早一個月己完結,當我們詢問職員餐廳網頁仍然有這個宣傳單張,她竟然告知我們在酒店某一層有一張宣傳海佈清楚地寫上完結日期。為何不是在餐廳網頁上提供呢?是不是要客人到酒店行一趟才可以知呢?或是只提供給酒店入住的客人呢?外來客人不需理會?如果沒有提供菜單為何仍然張貼在網頁上?是否想欺騙客人?之後我們告知大堂經理這個荒謬的宣傳網頁,叫他們快些把這個宣傳品下架,很可惜,在我打這篇食評時仍未下架!

住係附近,由於餐廳太隱蔽,宣傳唔多,一直都無去食。今晚係398 8個course嘅海鮮大餐,全場有人介紹菜式,服務非常好。野食真係好有心思,全部擺盤好似幾千蚊西餐quality,仲要好食。 佢有份子料理成分,例如車里茄其實係蟹肉。然後全部食材都好新鮮,同隔離自助餐質素明顯係2個級數。甜品好靚,我覺得淨係呢個係出面賣都100蚊唔過份。佢幾個月就會換menu。佢中午好似係做semi-buffet lunch, 200蚊樓下呢個價錢我覺得好得。會再黎食。

甜品以酒杯盛載着,進食前先移開面上的栗子lady finger。中間的一球雪糕咖啡味香濃,伴有浸了酒的軟淋lady finger、幼滑忌廉和雜莓,有點像吃tiramisu的感覺
