今日原先想係公司附近食韓國野,點知遲左一步,要排長龍。眼看lunch時間越黎越短,最後決定轉場。行到附近,見到有位就入去試下。本來都係抱住一試既心情,點知個蛋包飯黎到都有小小驚喜。雜錦蛋包飯前菜有一個細細地既沙律,配埋酸酸地既醋汁,配埋一齊食幾開胃。上菜LA,就咁望落去,D蛋好似都幾多幾滑。咁好唔好食點都要試左先知既,試左第一啖先。感覺都唔錯,D飯唔係好油,蛋都夠滑,唔會話熟過頭老得濟,D汁仲要多到可以撈飯食,配料都唔差,雜錦會包左炸蝦、炸蠔同埋炸雞。3款黎講,個炸蠔真係唔得,太腥,完全唔好食,頂唔住,不過另外2款個炸炸蝦同埋雞係OK既。另外一提,上菜要等耐少少,要預多少少時間等。雖然,個蛋包飯係唔差,但係對於我黎講,佢又未至於值呢個價錢。呢個價錢係天后有更多好既選擇。所以,都係試一次就夠!

佢既白汁有少少似淡味卡邦尼汁,

加埋炒飯再mix埋d溶岩蛋汁都唔太漏,仲好豐富好滿足


而炒飯都夾雜左一定份量既海膽絕無欺場

至於個燒蠔,粒蠔應該係廣島蠔所以燒到出黎細細粒,不過都幾新鮮有d海水味,即燒熱辣辣加上清酒既香味好易入口,令人好想再encore多次🙈🙈

偕友人往維園年宵花市前,打算先到天后電氣道覓食,走著走著到達了清風街。恰巧「生原創蛋包飯」有空席,二話不說便走進店內。既然餐廳名字經已說得很明白,友人與我亦分別點了各一客餐廳主打的蛋包飯。蛋包飯屬即叫即做,落單後大概二十分鐘後就做好了。秘汁鰻魚蛋包飯配咖哩汁,賣相還不錯,蛋包上配有蕃茄與漬物作配襯點綴。筆者沒有選流心蛋,蛋的質感比較乾身。飯裡伴有少量鰻魚肉粒,飯量剛好,以鰻魚汁調味,味道還不錯,只是吃到最後感覺有點油膩。整體來說,餐廳主打的蛋包飯味道雖不錯,可是價錢偏高。

i don't understand why people would dine here. The omelette rice is pretty much just that with sauce - for HK $100-140!! Refer to photo- that's how many small pieces of "Wagyu beef" inside, like someone's leftovers. There are so many places to eat in tin hau and causeway nay that is good value, like we had a nice jap dinner at Tang Lung street with scallops, roll, about 10-12 dishes among 4 ppl for the same price. As for service look ok except for the lady who is quite impatient and just shove t

難得來到天后,梗係睇下呢區有咩正野,俾個得意蛋包飯招牌吸引左,想食點可以忍,門口好多人,我同朋友倆人剛好有二個位,真係好彩,一進店居酒屋感覺,好細的店呀,經過一張張好細的两人枱, 仲有隻大烏龜,枱面都係唔同口味的蛋包飯,好吸引呀!被安排到最內面的二人枱,忍唔住同朋友講,土地問題真係好嚴重,第一時間梗係野食啦~

美好的週末,和朋友喝過咖啡後,友人說要帶我去天后的一家有名的蛋包飯店見識一下,難得他有這樣的雅興,當然要去試試看。

說的就是位於天后清風街的這家生原創蛋包飯。連名字也很特別 ! XD 門口橱窗還貼有很多曾經光顧的明星照片呢~

裝修有特色,食物又如何呢?

首先來的是我最喜愛的串燒物,有燒雞柳串和燒牛舌。兩款都賣相吸引,燒得色香味俱全,還有點點燒焦的香味!光是看到經已垂涎!

燒雞柳串 $15 (8/10)
雞柳燒得很香口,味道也剛剛好,很入味,又不會太鹹,如果肉質可能嫩滑點,那應該就完美了。

燒牛舌串 $25 (8.5/10)
而牛舌就燒得恰到好處,配以黑椒粉,令牛舌更加香濃惹味!口感煙韌彈牙,而且肉汁很豐富,加上那陣燒烤過的特殊香氣,令人回味無窮!

粟米也燒得很香甜,不像是外面有些隨便給你烤一烤便算。粟米表面還均勻地塗有牛油!非常香滑香味!味道一流呀!

唐揚魷魚鬚 $40 (9/10)
本人認為這是全晚的亮點!非常美味的酥炸魷魚鬚!一上枱的賣相已經相當一流,每一條的魷魚鬚都炸得金黃奪目!看見已經令人食指大動。

薄薄的外層炸得十分香脆美味,內層的魷魚鬚條條都很鬆軟彈牙,一點都不會太硬太韌,應該是新鮮的食材才有這樣的高質素。而且味道掌握得非常好,既惹味又爽口香嫩。配以附上的蛋黃醬,簡直一絕,配合得近乎完美!濃郁香醇的蛋黃醬簡直是所以炸品的伯樂,令美味提升到另一個層次!( ´ ▽ ` ) 很滿足的感覺。

唯一覺得有小小可以改善的是魷魚鬚一件有四條有點兒太大件,如果人多比較難分,建議可以剪得細小小,如果每兩條一件就完美了。純粹個人意見。

海膽蛋包飯 $156 (7.5/10)
原價是$138的,我們額外加了 $18 轉流心蛋。
另外有三款醬汁可以揀,分別是茄汁、咖喱汁和白汁,我們就挑選了茄汁。

其實賣相很不錯,煎至金黃色的流心蛋包裹着海膽炒飯,上面還撒了一些紫菜粉,很讚。整個流心蛋都很濃郁嫩滑,感覺是八成熟的狀態。用匙羹輕輕把蛋包飯𠝹開,柔軟水嫩的煎蛋隨即往兩邊傾斜,慢慢地躺到碟上。可以想像得到有入口即融的感覺,濃濃的蛋香味,加上濃烈鮮美的海膽,炒飯中還混有香甜的洋蔥絲,口感實在很豐富。配上茄汁味道酸酸甜甜幾特別的。

幸好是和友人分享一份,因為食到尾段有小小膩,不知道是否因為蛋漿太陋還是份量太多的關係。而且個人認為如果以流心蛋作招徠的話,應該是所有蛋包飯都是用流心蛋的吧,要額外多加$18才可轉換有點兒那個。如果食客不喜歡半熟,事先告知要全熟便行了。這只是個人意見啦。但整體是滿意的,不錯的一頓晚餐。
