Introduction
One Thirty-One is situated in one of the most beautiful parts of Sai Kung, a converted 3 storey village house nestled on the bay of Three Fathoms Cove. It serves a fix menu six day a week, by reservations only. Lunch is served Saturday, Sunday and public holidays from 12:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m.

首先,環境係一流嘅,因為當日天朗氣清,陽光普照,有海景有草地。覺得坐室外就有啲熱嘅,我揀咗坐室內。屋內一共可以坐4枱客,我一開始連埋我就得2枱人。然而,服務員仍然要重複問咗3次,先成功幫我地攞到sparkling water。雖然係咁但服務員係有禮貌嘅。到揀麵包嘅環節,服務員首先拎咗一籃麵包叫我地揀一款,但當問到麵包嘅種類,服務員居然回答話「唔記得咗」,實在令人有點無奈。另一個更令人尷尬嘅情況係,餐廳居然冇提供牛油刀。(what?!!!)😐Amuse bouche係粟米湯配鵝肝pudding,上面有一舊細細嘅棉花糖。整體而言,無驚喜,但都尚算ok。下一道係北海道帶子,個sauce加咗檸檬草係夾嘅,依個係好食既。😐至於湯呢,就係野生蘑菇湯配63℃烹調蛋同truffle。味道普通,完。終於到main course和牛,諗住一定無衰啦,點知道就算佢切到細細舊咁,咬落去依然係成口都係筋,非常失望。反而甜品蜜瓜雪芭,好食嘅。佢仲用咗青瓜同蘆薈。前者整成粒狀,清爽juicy,後者做成jelly連同薄荷,三樣加埋好清新。到咖啡呢,我地就叫咗latte同cappuccino。兩杯咖啡無拉花都算,啲泡粗到不堪入目,請留意下圖。普通cafe都不如最後到petit fours,係macaron同一粒軟糖。軟糖實在太heamacaron雖然外脆,但餡料係實嘅,唔合格。總括來說,食物比較參差,食材亦唔係特別高質,服務員係一大失色。首先,室內空間不大,服務員行路既快又大聲,佢地亦會係bar前高談闊論。另外,其餘3枱客,原來全部都係黎wedding試菜,更令人髮指嘅係,唔知係老闆定wedding planner,竟然拎張櫈搬係我隔離枱,大聲同客人討論結婚流程。Am I a joke to you??? 好明顯可以有更好嘅安排,唔好騷擾其他食客。我本身係期望好大,環境靚又宣傳隱世法國菜。您唔抱期望,只係食景,係可以去一次。
