最後到petit fours,係macaron同一粒軟糖。軟糖實在太hea
macaron雖然外脆,但餡料係實嘅,唔合格。


總括來說,食物比較參差,食材亦唔係特別高質,服務員係一大失色
。首先,室內空間不大,服務員行路既快又大聲,佢地亦會係bar前高談闊論
。另外,其餘3枱客,原來全部都係黎wedding試菜,更令人髮指嘅係,唔知係老闆定wedding planner,竟然拎張櫈搬係我隔離枱,大聲同客人討論結婚流程。
Am I a joke to you??? 好明顯可以有更好嘅安排,唔好騷擾其他食客。


我本身係期望好大,環境靚又宣傳隱世法國菜。您唔抱期望,只係食景,係可以去一次。

I've been here for a pleasant birthday lunch today. First of all, I appreciated the dessert, not too sweet and taste fresh. Staffs were very polite and whole restaurant is very hygiene.The only thing I feel imprefect is the space between tables inside the restaurant. But we understood the weather made it difficult to give more space. As it's rainy day, the outdoor mountain view is unique.

由開張到現在也一路支持此餐廳, 說實話環境真的很優美,特別是私隱度非常高, 新開張不久的時候,還不斷給八卦雜誌踢爆 城中富豪帶人來聚餐。其實餐廳的老闆也不容易, 這個餐廳 真的很難賺大錢 ,更多的可能是為興趣與理想了。想起從前,也有很多美好的回憶。 味道方面,以前味道與怡面擺設非常用心,今天來,味道就只是中上吧。 但因為計及其他眾多的原因: 例如私隱度高,你不揸車嚟則基本來不到。 還有那個小菜田莊園與海景,基本上在香港來算是無敵的。

Was looking forward to the food since the restaurant is set in a stunningly picturesque location. Set menu looked promising but it was underwhelming. Food was equally so. I guess I have expected more for the price you pay. Wait staff were somewhat preoccupied with their own agenda.

成個Presentation 成個setting好靚,鐘意影相ge 一定nonstop 影相。食物普通,味道一般。頭盤同我屋企煎個條三文魚差唔得幾遠,甜品都無咩特別,個凍湯味唔錯,幾summer 幾 refreshing , 不過唔係好夠凍。Main course 一d都唔和牛 lo ...咬到嘴軟😑 山長水遠走到入黎食lunch.. 講真嘢食真係有d失望,好彩個環境搭夠。難得香港有個地方outdoor 食嘢,唔係望住條馬路石屎地,唔哂食塵,秋天涼涼地帶埋隻狗🐶入黎食個lunch, 都真係幾chill,幾寫意ge。🍹 5 out of 10 (有2 分係比個環境同presentation, 好睇唔好食。)

山長水遠走到入黎食lunch.. 講真嘢食真係有d失望,好彩個環境搭夠。難得香港有個地方outdoor 食嘢,唔係望住條馬路石屎地,唔哂食塵,秋天涼涼地帶埋隻狗🐶入黎食個lunch, 都真係幾chill,幾寫意ge。🍹

這間餐廳雖然有點偏僻,唔揸車都唔易去,但確實帶來驚喜,出品很細緻,他們用的食材不是很貴,但知道是很有心機去造,我特別欣賞他們的M5澳洲和牛,牛味很濃,入口溶,其他前菜就只是覺得好味,但份量真的很少,食完都唔知食過啲乜,未品嚐倒就已經吞左落肚,我係夜晚去,睇唔到佢哋嘅海景,如果中午去,環境應該幾靚,waiter同我講佢地有 set lunch ,四道菜$600。而今次我呢餐我本人覺得略貴,可能因為我食完之後還要去吉魚旦。不過我下次係唔會試試他們的 lunch ,帶埋隻狗狗去行下,享受一下大自然

小牛肉兩煮。小牛肉味正常,所以比平常的牛較淡,但勝在肉質嫩滑。一淡一濃,一滑一焾,各有千秋。旁邊的薯蓉有牛油的香,忌廉的滑,不容忽視。

整體很有清爽夏日感。Panna cotta沒平常的那麼creamy,配上脆脆的菠蘿皮及士多啤梨,甜甜酸,脆脆滑滑。很滿足!另外那微辣的朱古力脆塊,又帶來另一份驚喜。
