平日晚上約了朋友晚飯相聚,方便朋友放工,就腳選在黃埔這間一仔冰室。黃埔越來越多人,就算平日晚市原來都好旺場。我地叫左三碟餸,首先椒鹽九肚魚外脆內軟,好味到停不了口,據聞呢度食材新鮮,每日街市直送。另外點了季節限定的蒸蝦籠仔飯,蒸飯裡有鮮蝦味,非常香甜又暖胃。平時晚飯唔食飯的我,都食晒成煲。最慘係朋友兩人食,兩個女人仔食唔到好多野,叫了兩樣嘢都只可以再加碟薑汁菜心。明明仲有好多菜式想試,可惜眼闊肚窄。下次一定要叫埋屋企人黎,人多d可以食多幾樣餸。

1.籠仔荷葉蒸斑片飯🐟$74
這個籠仔荷葉飯非常好味,斑片香滑,魚香及魚汁均滲透在飯粒內,而且飯粒是粒粒分明,不會糊口的,又有荷葉香,以$74的價格來說,性價比高,是用心製作之品。

相對田日式海鮮炒烏東給我的驚喜不太大,味道跟一般好吃的茶餐廳大同小異,可是亮點是比一般餐廳的用料多,蝦及鮮帶子還滿多的說☺️

3.土魷銀魚仔蒸肉餅$72
肉餅蒸得剛剛好不會太老,配上土魷銀魚咸咸香香的,可為配飯之選。是個很有住家風味的菜式。

整體上這家冰室的菜式都滿不錯,籠仔飯做得最為出色,吃得出他們都是用料新鮮,用心製作的👍可以跟朋友們到去🤗

黃埔食肆甚多,連去個m記都人多到不得了,剛好看到這家有位置就跟朋友衝了進去叫了小炒跟炒粉麵之類的應該是新裝修,特別別緻我先來說我最欣賞的是乾炒牛河呢!那個鑊氣感是跟大排檔差不多調味適中,牛又嫩嫩的,一碟我們幾個人很快就沒了炒飯一粒粒的我個人比較重口味,味道有點不夠(對我來說)咕嚕肉,也是很巧功夫的一道肉很脆嫩,酸酸甜甜很開胃雞真的不得了,上海菜膽雞感覺就是一隻走地雞肉質充滿運動量又雞又魚,真是大魚大肉囉桂花魚我家裡也好久沒吃了嫩嫩的魚肉,滑嘟嘟,鮮味我要了奶茶紅豆冰,我覺得比較特別男友要了普通的hahah...最後我還是喜歡普通的那款芥蘭是爽脆的不知道是不是還不是時候有一點點苦豬手愛好者的我那會不試一下鹹豬手呢!骨膠很重,不過皮可以再脆一點荷葉蒸海蝦飯荷葉夾攻了海蝦,整個飯超好吃,味道都滲透了整個飯中一個人我覺得我可以吃下一整碟!

今日去黃埔探朋友, 順道一齊去紅磡嘅呢間1仔冰室食晚飯. 星期日嘅6:15pm, 餐廳已經半滿. 可見呢間新餐廳喺呢一區都已經有一班捧場客. 職員有禮, 亦好主動介紹當日嘅是日晚餐. 加分!!!我哋三人叫咗三個小菜跟白飯及餐飲. 韮王叉燒炒蛋非常出色. 炒蛋嘅生熟程度控制得剛剛好. 順滑得嚟又唔會太油. Perfect! 啫啫馬拉盞通菜煲雖然略有些少普通,  不過勝在夠大碟, 足夠我哋三人分享! 最後就係桂花蜜雞中翼. 雞翼夠大隻. 炸到脆一脆非常香口惹味. 再配上一層清甜嘅桂花蜜, 正到下次一定要encore! ! ! 三個人食咗二佰幾蚊. 雖然唔係特別平, 不過有咁嘅食物水準份量嘅一個新裝修冰室, 絕對係物超所值! ! !

,簡單黎講就係4件迷你夾心西多仔!仲有4隻味擇,花生,果占,咖咉同朱古力!每件唔同味都得,唔洗食哂4碟!呢4件金磚係特別外脆內軟,外脆就當然係炸得脆啦,佢既軟原來係因為佢特別只係用面包既中心位黎炸,我都係8掛問先知,覺得連個西多都做到咁用心,無得輸啦
!此時此刻如可加球雪糕一齊食,你話幾爽呢!

尋日下午工作關係約人開會路過黃埔,有點餓,見開咗新嘢,就入去食d嘢。好耐冇食西多,見有款金磚四國幾吸引,好多少西多士分開幾舊。送到嚟嗰一見到就心花怒放!,做人呢,唔能夠成日嗱口嗱面嘅。工作時蛇一蛇來一客極邪惡嘅西多士,真係從心笑出嚟!😂😂😂 睇住d小件牛油鬆化真係好治癒呀!一切開係㗎吔夾心,好少茶記有咁特別嘅選擇,又難得加埋糖漿都唔係太甜。由於佢用上厚切來做,一客真係好頂肚,結果夜晚都無食飯。三個字,大! 滿! 足!

剛出完十幾日trip返香港,極度掛住茶記, 一落機就去咗呢間冰室食番個菠蘿包先。呢個包好特別,入面係咸牛炒蛋+芝士, 濃味得嚟又唔會太咸, 係泰國十幾日係完全食唔到呢個香港味, 再加埋杯奶茶就回哂魂,其實好少寫食評,通常遇到好差嘅餐廳先會寫>< 但今次可能唔係香港太耐,一返嚟盲食到屋企味,覺得好精神,又繼續努力工作了!

今日放假去咗黃埔搵食,發現咗一間新開嘅冰室,有我最愛嘅多士,為食的我梗係要試一試!先講環境,裝修幾特色,牆上面的圖案有心思,用嚟打卡呃like就最好不過😝,餐廳亦好光猛,坐喺入面都覺得好舒服。至於食物,叫咗兩款多士,分別叫左流心吞拿魚多士同埋黑松露炒蛋多士,一次過滿足我嘅多士癮。呢個流心蛋呑拿魚多士不得了,一切開蛋汁就湧出嚟,加埋入面嘅芝士同沙律醬,原來有幾夾,真係極力推介。呢個黑松露炒旦多士,黑松露味道很香,炒蛋亦都滑嫩,加埋塊多士一齊食口感真係幾好,值得試埋。兩款多士我都覺得性價比高,我係一定會再返嚟試埋其他嘢
