很久沒北上吃燒烤,有點心癢癢想吃,便找了間燒烤店,坐下等朋友時,經過的路人都說這間燒烤不錯,更令我期待。7點等到7:45朋友到了,本來一兩桌客也竟越夜坐越滿。我們點了冬菇咸蛋黃臘腸竹筒飯,咸蛋黃很香,臘腸和冬菇是最佳配搭,以竹筒蒸飯特別有風味。燒原隻生蠔,一客3隻,肥美又新鮮,加上蒜粒,更加惹味。牛油什菇,牛油份量十足,香味四溢,滲入什菇很入味。燒牛舌,肉厚但不韌,牛味濃。燒墨魚丸,沾了蜜糖燒。牛肋條是推薦的,牛肉很腍,燒汁又香又濃味。炸芝士年糕,芝士咸香流心,年糕軟糯。紫薯甘芋餅,紫薯微甜,加上栗子芋蓉,增添不同味道。最後店主還送了桃膠糖水給我們吃,意外驚喜,有益健康好吃。

今日同朋友去旺角波鞋街,見到間串燒店,見人唔算太多,唔需要排隊就入來試試。首先來左個汁燒鹿兒島縣A4和牛,和牛又香又軟,肉汁超JUICE。 之後再上椒升鹽雞軟骨,金黃香脆,100分無得輸。食埋個推薦的竹筒飯,冬菇咸蛋黃臘腸竹筒飯和蝦米菜甫肉鬆竹筒飯。 但人比較喜歡冬菇咸蛋黃臘腸竹筒飯,咸蛋黃香味好正。之後再食原隻魷魚燒同原隻生蠔,新鮮又彈牙,蒜香味好正好濃。再來份鹽鯖花魚同鐵板汁煎鰻魚,脆口的鯖魚燒,鰻魚又多汁又大份,好正。最後上埋個菠蘿雪葩同椰子雪糕,好滿足。最後老闆仲好好人,每人送左碗桃膠雪耳糖子,真係好驚喜窩心。
