To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 嘩!呢間喺中環嘅意大利餐廳真係正呀!裝修勁靚,成個曼克頓feel,高檔到不得了。服務員又好好,會細心講解每道菜嘅材料,仲可以坐喺度望住中環咁多人來來往往,真係好寫意!第一道菜係布拉塔芝士配復古番茄,嘩!個布拉塔芝士真係好濃郁,配埋新鮮番茄,簡直係味蕾嘅享受,好清新!今日嘅湯係玉米湯,好香醇,口感又滑,真係好正!之後就試咗佢哋自家做嘅玫瑰蟹意大利雲吞伴龍蝦汁,真係不得了!佢哋用咗兩種雲吞皮,一個係原味,另一個係加咗墨魚汁,個餡又多又飽滿,淋上香濃嘅龍蝦汁,真係每一啖都充滿幸福感!煙燻鴨胸配鮮菠蘿同棒子果蜜燒汁,個鴨胸肉質好嫩,好香,配埋酸甜嘅菠蘿同香濃嘅棒子果蜜燒汁,真係好夾,可以帶出鴨肉嘅鮮味。牛油西蘭花配松子仁,個西蘭花好爽脆,配埋牛油同松子仁,口感豐富,真係好正!最後就試咗新派提拉米蘇,佢哋將傳統嘅提拉米蘇解構咗,用馬斯卡彭芝士同咖啡蛋糕去呈現,個芝士甜度啱啱好,口感又滑,真係好特別嘅甜品! continue reading

呢間係我非常鍾意嘅一間餐廳環境食物價錢全部都非常滿意!我對呢間餐廳嘅評分好高首先環境裏面嘅裝修超級靚有少少復古嘅西式裝修有一條超夢幻樓梯佈滿鏡同bling bling元素打卡一流望出去嘅中環景色亦都好靚我當時係夜晚去嘅睇住日落 然後啲高樓大廈開燈相機都影唔出咁靚其次價錢嚟講算平既fine dining人均$1000左右係可以食到飽到食唔落我地盲選一個當晚套餐因為唔想諗食咩《煙肉麵包》麵包偏硬 但煙肉好食《魚子醬金箔帶子》呢道菜不得了 超級好食!其實有啲食唔出係帶子味道好特別 好似特調咗咁 係偏淋的切得非常薄配埋個汁同啲魚子醬味道超級夾好似食緊啫喱咁《金箔南瓜risotto》又係金箔 今次仲一大塊但又係好好食超級濃味《海膽》好食 冇腥味的海膽主菜 《牛排》呢度菜嘅牛肉會比較韌味道一般般但個牛扒汁同啲配菜係好食嘅就咁睇份量好少但其實已經食到好飽最後甜品係《火焰雪山蛋糕》staff會喺你面前點火燒俾你睇藍色火光好岩拍片!最後燒完會有陣酒味食落一般 但打卡超靚! continue reading
