安格斯肉眼扒配焗薯,暫時覺得依度既焗薯係我係香港食咁多間餐廰最好食既一間,非常軟棉,焗得夠透,配 sour cream 同吃,又滑又香又棉又甜 ﹗因就我朋友,所以肉眼扒叫五成熟,一般我較喜歡食三成。可選網燒或板燒,我鍾意網燒有 BBQ 香味,好重牛味,正,口感腍滑、纖維較緊密、肉汁豐盈,加埋微辣黑椒汁,非常惹味。跟大埔 After 5 比真係不相伯仲,各有各好,兩者都超水準 ﹗但嚴格黎講 Outbank 勝,香味、口感、脂肪比例略勝一籌,啲啲咁多 ~

作為壽星, 當然由我發板渣主意叫野食啦, 我們叫了: 炸洋蔥球, 炸蘑菇, 十二安士ribeye, 十六安士prime, 海鮮茄汁意粉, BBQ豬肋骨, 額外叫多客黑椒牛扒給不好其他食物的爸爸, 牛扒可跟湯或沙律, 那就湯和沙律各一客吧

上菜倒也很快, 次序也很體貼, 會先上小食再上主菜

黑糖麵包: 甜甜的黑糖麵包, 是w的最愛, 有淡淡的黑糖味, 包身鬆軟, 明顯是剛出爐

湯: 是日餐湯洋蔥湯, 我飲了一小口, 顏色是豉油般的深啡色, 味道也像日式火鍋的豉油湯底, 不太合我口味, 我很掛念上次到outback飲的周打湯呢


沙津: 是日沙律為凱撒沙律, 蔬菜很新鮮, 但沒有什麼特別

炸洋蔥球: 好像比之前的size細了四分一, 味道更是一般, 不知為何可以炸到炸粉和洋蔥分開, 好似兩者沒關係一樣, 扣分

炸蘑菇: 最快給掃清的一碟, 外皮脆口,裡內爽滑多汁, 正, 不知道是那個產地的蘑菇呢, 可以炸完仍然十分爽口多汁, 相信不會是超市的普通白蘑菇吧

十六安士prime(燒汁): 一上台我們"嘩"的一聲, 不止主角份量十足, 連配菜們(焗薯和甜蕃薯都份量十足), 我地order了七成熟, 切開果真有七成, 肉汁豐富,肉身瘦了一點卻牛味十足, 我喜歡不點燒汁更得食出牛味, 配角焗薯和甜蕃薯更為為主角生色不少, 焗薯配上酸忌廉十分開胃, 而甜蕃薯食落有一種椰子般的甜味, 比冬日街邊的煨蕃薯更甜美

十二安士ribeye(蘑菇汁): 對比起十六安士的prime, 肉眼size似乎不止少了三份一, 連配菜(同樣也是焗薯和甜蕃薯)也份量細了好多, 難道真的一份錢一份貨? 可幸味道卻毫不遜色, 雖然有點過熟(我們order七成熟來者起碼有八九成熟), 肉汁不及prime, 卻多了一份油香, 比prime肥美也更嫩滑

海鮮茄汁意粉: 材料十足, 有大量的蝦/蜆肉/魷魚, 伴似新鮮蕃茄蓉去煮, 我曼愛蕃茄蓉, 愛他酸甜醒胃味道清新, 意粉只是一般的意粉, 入口彈牙十分不錯

BBQ豬肋骨: 香濃惹味,肉汁豐富嫩滑,又不太肥膩,但又帶有少少香燒的爽脆,加上BBQ醬鮮甜醒胃令人回味無窮, 之前食過某餐廳的豬肋骨, 可能豬肋骨中間的肉比較薄, 常常會燒得太乾身, 這裡完全無這個問題, 讚。伴碟的原切薯條則不太吸引, 明顯炸起好一會了, 不夠香脆感覺太乾身

serve我們這個area的兩個waiter好明顯一個係jurior一個係senior, 當jurior為我送上生日甜品時要等埋senior一齊唱生日歌, 奈何senior太忙了滿場飛, 見到junior無奈的樣子(其實係我見球雪糕就快溶了), 我同jurior講我地自己唱歌得架喇, 你地咁忙, junior話: 唔好, 一齊唱先開心架嘛, 個junior比我的感覺好可愛呢, 不過d甜品仲可愛, 生日有個下面係焗cookie上面係一球雪糕的甜品送, 而我有張coupon係7月送的thunder, 下面係朱古力焗合桃蛋糕上中間係一球雪糕上面係一堆cream, 論味道完全係後者大獲全勝, 底下的朱古力焗合桃蛋糕係岩岩焗出黎, 係熱的, 有濃得化不開的朱古力味和香口的合桃, 香濃程度令我諗起心太軟, 只差在沒有流心朱古力呢, 中間係冰凍的雲呢拿雪糕, 夾埋一齊食一凍一熱滿有一次滿足晒兩個願望的感覺~

原來w買左個cake送給我, 個cake係我們食晒所有食物和甜品後才上台, 各人都大呼很飽了, 醒目的senior對我們說他有幫我們keep起個蛋糕盒, 如果食不完可以帶走, 或是為我們切一半蛋糕即場食, 另一半給我們帶走, 最後我們選擇了方案二, 捧著肚子心滿意足的離去, 謝謝waiter們的體貼和親切的服務, 今次的生日會大獲全勝~yeah

帳單才真叫人驚喜, 連埋加一, 九位一千蚊樓下埋單~yeah x2

澳坊漢堡: 厚厚的漢堡牛肉, 入口juicy, 一d都唔鞋. 薯角略為多鹽.

整體都幾好, serve我地個男好好nice, 但美中不足就係收到唔到電話.

洋蔥湯稍咸~但與正宗的"法式"好像還有段距離~~~小比還是專心吃free的前菜沙律好了~不消比較~Finger Salad先到~ Chicken Finger 味道與麥樂雞有點相類似~但較為嫩口而且醃料入味~House Salad Base 與方才吃到的free salad分別不大~多了點麵包粒而已~幸好午市的沙律菜尚算新鮮~吃起來都有zok zok聲~沒有氧化的啡邊出現 ; Medium Rare的西冷外型似燴蕃薯~同碟還有steamed broccoli, carrot and Rice Pilaf~ 面前的牛扒偏向Medium~肉質纖維都較厚~帶點嚼勁但算不上出色~~面層燒得焦的部份有點似童年吃到的華園牛肉絲~黑椒汁不過不失

雖然整體的服務水準較為懶散和店員們會大聲在店內作遠距離對話~但我檯的女server都帶以微笑而且有點sweet~只是記性被玩樂沖淡了~~要pepper & vinegar都要分開2次再提先到齊~水吧的男孩子幫我們落餐飲order~轉頭卻做了其他事~15min後才記起欠我倆一杯Iced Tea~~~~~至少有個坐得舒服的地方~食物也不賴~會繼續來

同mum adn dad去食,等左一陣,終於有得入一開始見到"咩料"d野好X貴,唔敢叫...終於叫左個cheese薯條,西冷牛扒,salad,同燒春雞一開始佢比個黑糖麵包比我地,都OK,熱熱地個cheese薯條....哇...無得彈....對cheese lover里講算好好salad OK, 燒春雞OK, 牛扒唔得.....太熟不過總括而言,outback作為steakhouse 算唔錯.(下次先飲杯野)

I have been hearing Outback for quite a while, so I took my mum for dinner at this "high-end" steak house.... The result was so disappointing!!1. we waited 30 mins for the steak after we had our soup.2. the steak was so cold that we had to ask them to warm it again.3. the steak itself is tasteless, tastes like something that has been in the freezer for months...4. asked the waiter 4-5 times for a glass of water, another 4-5 times for a clean fork...Even Cafe de Coral can do better... 看過Openrice食評,大部分客人都對免費供應的黑糖包一致讚好,果然不失所望,Waiter更多給我們兩條黑糖包,服務周到。主菜方面,鮮蝦蘑菇寬條麵:鮮蝦蘑菇配白汁寬條麵,汁方面做得不錯,份量剛好將寬條麵包着,沒有多餘的,又不會太過乾。"愛麗斯坪"燒雞胸:烤雞胸配蜜汁芥末醬、蘑菇片、煙肉及芝士,汁方面略為過咸。澳坊羊架:全煎全份羊架配上Outback秘製調味料,調味料令本來帶有羶味的羊肉變得易入口。香煎燒牛肉rder錯七成熟,最後牛肉因為過熟變得很硬。香蒜味牛扒粒:香蒜煎牛扒粒,配什菜及香脆薯角,蒜味十分香口,牛扒粒肉質嫩滑,超讚!

Since our dining experience in Las Vega's Outback is quite good, we decide to give it a shot in HK's Outback. The restaurant's atmosphere is quite good.

The bread is not that freshly baked because it's not hot enough.
The ribs come before the appetizer. It's not juicy enough and the fries is too salty. But cole slaw is my all time favourite.

The mussels is cooked with wine and tomato sauce. It's yummy, but again a bit salty.

The chocolate thunder is the highlight of the night. It is brownie topped with vanilla ice-cream with cream and melting chocolate sauce! It's very rich!

Btw, the service here is quite slow.

Overall comment: quite good, better if it is less salty

之前有朋友生日,朋友們同佢去outback慶祝,因為卜唔到尖沙咀,嚟咗紅磡哩間。一坐低齊齊食咗兩條暖笠笠黑糖包,好味,然後增肥餐開始喇...最愛0既炸磨菇當然好味,仲有必叫既炸洋蔥花&芝士薯條,都係好好味,不過三樣炸,真係好漏...肉眼扒、燒豬肋骨&漢堡包都唔唔錯,最估唔到係黃帝蟹腳,好大條肉,好多蟹汁,一d都唔梅,好好味。有芝士薯條之餘,漢堡又配薯條,豬肋骨又配薯條,實在係太多薯條喇,最終淨晒...同待應話有人生日,就送咗個choco choco cookie,因為自己帶咗蛋糕去,食埋都飽到嘔,不過送的緊要試吓,好甜,甜到唔鍾意,結果又係淨晒,好浪費添outback雖然係好味,但實在係太heavy喇,好間唔中一餐就ok囉
