一直都想來試試這家頗有名氣的韓國餐廳,皆因所有菜式均由韓國人自家炮製,尤以招牌韓式炸雞最多棒場客。甫進店內立即被一股浪漫氣氛包圍,滿天星星月亮裝飾還有牆上的情人鎖,格局好有情調。門外還放置了一部免費韓式自拍單據相供食客拍照留念,有得食又有得玩。雙拼炸雞 $208炸雞的份量很多,足兩至三個人吃。炸雞外皮非常酥脆,我們點了香辣及香蒜蜜糖兩種口味,香濃惹味的醬汁沾滿在雞皮上。香辣口味是辣中帶甜,令雞肉鮮味更突出;蜜糖香蒜則偏甜,雞皮連同嫩滑多汁的雞肉,令人食不停口。還有同樣炸得香脆的薯條及薯格,帶有芝士粉,咸咸香香勁好食。串串魚糕湯 $228整鍋湯連同小火爐一同上桌,先喝幾口湯汁,味道濃郁但不算太咸;魚糕串串有八條之多,吸滿湯汁口感軟綿;鍋內還有粉絲、蘿蔔、金菇、青口、墨魚仔及皇帝菜等,配料好豐富,勁飽肚。新鮮藍莓乳酪 $48、新鮮藍莓乳酪 $48兩杯乳酪都好清甜爽口,帶有果香,而且可選要不要少冰,要不要奶油,貼心照顧食客的口味習慣,此點值得一讚。 continue reading

好耐以前同朋友喺out dark食過飯。今日經過見到就決定嚟試吓佢幾年之後嘅水準。首先,我們點了士多啤梨奶昔。這款奶昔的喝起來就像是Häagen-Dazs的士多啤梨雪糕,士多啤梨香氣濃,甜而不膩。接下來,我們點了半隻蒜香蜜糖醬炸雞,份量相當驚人,四大嚿的炸雞讓我們兩位女生都感到有點吃力。炸雞外皮金黃酥脆,裹著蒜香蜜糖醬,我認為個醬偏甜,同埋有少少牛油味,食落比較Heavy。然後是泡菜煎餅,這道菜第一眼竟然以為是Pizza。煎餅的外皮酥脆,裡面包裹著豐富的泡菜,配醬汁更是好味。最後,我們點了辣炒豬肉,裡面有豚肉和新鮮的芽菜,辛辣的味道十分開胃。旁邊的粟米芝士紫菜飯和香腸腸仔也讓整道菜的風味更加豐富。 continue reading

過年前趕工收爐後,找間氣氛輕鬆的韓國餐廳放肆一下。兩口子錫住喉嚨只點半份炸雞,但份量仍十足。表皮香脆肉質嫩口,還配有薯條,薯格等。另加香腸年糕,搽上蜜糖炸過非常香口,芝士蕃薯條咬下煙韌,佐酒合適不過。海鮮煎餅料多過粉,且用料結實無雪味,有誠意,伴以大蔥酸汁,十分香口。牛肉Kimbap用料十足,調味不過鹹,配菜爽脆,紫菜充滿麻油香,飽肚之選。飲品藍莓smoothie香濃少甜,mojito清爽解渴,開懷吃喝。 continue reading
