知道元朗有主打食蠔的西餐廳,今晚我們到此吃晚餐。餐廳以藍色為主調裝修,牆壁上邊的一幅壁畫最為吸睛,滲透着點點「Yuppie」的感覺。我們點了10隻生蠔,伴以赤貝和帶子。1. Tia Maraa No.4:Tia Maraa No.4 有濃郁的海洋風味,入口帶有微妙的鮮甜和鹹味。蠔肉質鮮嫩,口感豐富。2. Gilles Masse No.2:不太大隻,一放入口,一陣深海的氣息和豐富的鮮味湧入。它的味道比較溫和,帶有一絲甜味,並且口感柔軟。3. Speciales de Claire No.2它一樣有著濃郁的海洋風味和豐富的鹹味。肉質地比較鮮嫩,咬下去帶有一些爽脆的感覺。4.
