知道元朗有主打食蠔的西餐廳,今晚我們到此吃晚餐。餐廳以藍色為主調裝修,牆壁上邊的一幅壁畫最為吸睛,滲透着點點「Yuppie」的感覺。我們點了10隻生蠔,伴以赤貝和帶子。1. Tia Maraa No.4:Tia Maraa No.4 有濃郁的海洋風味,入口帶有微妙的鮮甜和鹹味。蠔肉質鮮嫩,口感豐富。2. 10. 白汁燴波士頓龍蝦意粉:我們最後還點了龍蝦忌廉意粉。上面有一隻龍蝦鉗,龍蝦肉質鮮美,搭配濃郁的忌廉醬汁,意粉每一啖都沾滿醬汁,而且有很多龍蝦肉。意粉入口柔軟順滑,充滿奶油味和鮮味。實在很好吃。

由細係元朗大,細個返學已經成日見到哩間蠔吧,長大終於有機會黎享受一下🤤餐廳好有外國風情,一黎waiter 就幫手order飲品,我地叫左一杯House white 同一杯果汁Pineapple Crush,兩杯都係襯海鮮一流既熱帶水果味。蠔拼盤我地就叫左4隻Gilles Masse,4隻Tia Maraa同4隻Josephine。佢地按味道排好一圈,最後再跟兩隻車厘蜆。食飯最緊要有儀式感,見到個拼盤都開心。全部蠔都好鮮甜。而我地最鐘意Tia Maraa,好甜好creamy! Josephine 就好重海水味,要落返多啲檸檬汁配返。之後叫左白汁忌廉煮青口。白汁好高質,食完啲青口我地仲飲左幾啖白汁。頭盤再有兩隻牛油煎帶子配黑魚子,大大粒,啖啖肉。主食係龍蝦忌廉意粉。龍蝦好新鮮,啲肉好彈牙,仲配左少少蟹鉗部份,好食。想搵間有情調既蠔吧,唔洗出九龍,元朗都有個好地方。

特別想介紹下Belon銅蠔,呢款蠔稱得上係蠔皇,口感好特別,有咬口,味道就偏金屬味,海水味都重🌊而且佢係年尾時節先當造,所以要食真係襯旺季❄️
另外我都加左款蜆試一試,估唔到都幾驚喜喎,喺成個蠔盤當中成功突圍,令我對佢印象都好深刻。呢款車厘蜆入口會有種好香嘅果味,而且佢size都有返咁上下大,所以食落都好實在,所以我覺得都值得食👍🏼

🥗前菜—煙三文魚黑醋汁沙律 
本身同行朋友唔係好食黑醋汁,但係我話想試吓,點知令到我呢個本身唔食黑醋汁嘅朋友爭住食呢一份頭盤!煙三文魚10分厚切,有別於一般坊間嘅厚度,黑醋汁調味容易入口,同沙律菜糅合,令到我唔食沙律嘅同行友人都不知不覺食咗大半碗。🤓

呢一個汁煮蜆真係世一!廚師超級用心,我食出呢一個汁佢用咗清酒、洋蔥、牛油、蒜蓉來烹調!配上蜆嘅鮮甜,令人一試難忘!😍

🦞白汁繪波士頓龍蝦意粉 (+$60)
龍蝦嘅新鮮程度令人驚艷,肉質緊實而有彈性,吃起來既鮮美又保留了豐富的嘅肉汁!意粉份量十足,咬上去有著令人滿足的彈牙口感。每一條意粉都被濃郁嘅忌廉醬所包裹,最重要係,非常香滑而不油膩。再加上輕微嘅洋蔥清爽口感,真係太美味了!😋

鵝肝經煎烹出迷人的香氣,油香融入每粒飯粒中,絕不油膩。搭配豐富嘅雜菌,增添口感嘅同時,更能品味到鵝肝嘅獨特香味。毫無疑問,係餐廳嘅招牌菜!🤩
🍦是日甜品 - 海鹽味雪糕 & 開心果味雪糕
意想不到嘅係連雪糕都落咗好多功夫,開心果嘅味好香濃,唔會太甜、唔會好漏,質感好好食🥰好食到唔使2分鐘就食晒成個雪糕球🐽

除咗食物之外,我最欣賞係店員嘅服務態度,佢哋勁細心每上一碟菜都會好詳細咁介紹呢一樣係啲乜嘢嚟同埋食法係點,比到我一種好親切嘅感覺!🫶🏻
