石燒日本黑豚肉眼,他一送上來感覺非常高級,因為除了黑豚肉的脂肪在燒紅了的石燒,油份在鐵板蒸發,滋滋喳喳的聲音,很難忽視它的存在。店員提醒我們可以先享用黑豚肉,因為石燒的熱力有二三百度,會把黑豚肉六弄得過熟,如果想他的肉質嫩滑就要趁熱享用。
我起初都以為夠唔夠鹹,但係一咬下去,黑豚肉和黑豚肉脂肪在後中擴散,唔需要再額外畀鹽。

紅粉卡邦尼意粉汁,一陣上嚟我就覺得奇怪為什麼卡邦尼意粉不是白色的,他是帶有橙紅色的意粉,汁醬收得剛剛好。一路食一路在想他是用什麼醬汁弄成這個顏色的。朋友覺得他有點蛋黃醬,但我覺得他也許會用了千島醬,因為我食落又一些沙律醬的酸甜感覺。整體表現非常不錯。

Good to see that right after their new Tin Hau branch, they opened another branch on HK Island so soon. We had a dozen of their HK$10@ Oysters, which were extremely fresh (完全冇將貨就價.)Their Seafood Platter, Thai Raw Prawn (泰式生蝦) and Tom Yum Kung pasta (冬陰功煮意粉,出奇地夾) were good too. The Wagyu steak fillet was v yummy (啲伴碟焗菜超好味). Service was attentive too. Will come eat again. Soft opening 事業期間仲有折頭添。
