首先交通比較麻煩,我就搭的士由尖沙咀直接到酒店,上去酒吧必須從酒店大堂搭升降機再轉酒吧專用升降機到118樓,當日落雨手拿一把遮,門口reception 會幫我保存把遮走時交回手牌就可提取,入到去會見到bar 枱,梳化,出面有一個飲酒區可以睇到維景view同望到港島浴港一帶,一邊飲酒一邊睇夜景係幾好feel,場內大部份都係外國人,menu同侍應都係用英文,價錢比一般街鋪酒吧略貴,但環境相比價錢值得一去。

印度特式烤雞,又一場誤會!還是我眼漏眼呢?心想會係烤雞,變成雞肉串燒出現。馬虎地整串塞入口,淡淡的印式香料醬在表層,雞肉基本沒什麼味道,有色無味要沾醬食的嗎?而且烤雞亦沒有燒烤香氣。


法國生蠔,未到我最喜愛的蠔皇貝隆季節,退而求其次試食其他。這款細小不知名又未食過的索價每隻 $85 蚊,海水味金屬味生蠔味均味道清淡,趙落嫩滑微爽彈彈。


特式煎蝦及迷你和牛漢堡,兩道必食招牌菜,不幸地失手了!蝦肉軟撻撻,韌韌不爽彈,沒鮮甜味可言,就算塗上大量濃味秘汁亦無補於事。牛肉乾爭爭鞋烚烚沒半點肉汁,麵包硬掘掘通,通風麵包一樣。


技安對五款菜色無款欣賞,環境赤不討她歡喜,極度無癮,非常掃興。使得我心情惡劣,再無興緻去睇 118 樓無敵海夜境,埋單 $3000 蚊都合理。


離開時發現只得一個年青廿歲未出頭廚師,出品有否保證架?技安全程黑口黑面!我帶您食好野沒多謝一聲,帶您嘆靚場就怨言多多,真係火都黎!依家投訴無啖好食而且食唔飽,要立即去茶記食碗牛腩河,仲要難食到極可怕!我氣頂到心口,刁蠻技安羅黎錢!

Lion Rock is made from Black Label, Mezcal Montelobos, Yellow Chartreuse, Lemon Juice, Agave Syrup, Orange Bitters, Pinch of Fresh Thyme. The taste is similar to a whiskey sour, but with more flavours on the herbal side, the mouthfeel is round and balanced.
Tropical Cyclone, on the other hand, is Tanqueray Gin, Mango, Yuzu Juice, Coconut Syrup, Peychaud’s Bitter. As the name implies, the palate is full of tropical and fruity tastes, like mango and coconut, giving a refreshing touch to the tongue.

We love this place so much and highly recommend for all types gatherings.

第一次於 Ozone 晚餐。被他們舉辦的 Special Chef Night 吸引,今年他們邀請的剛巧是我很欣賞的韓國 Chef 崔賢碩先生。基於地點,本來有點擔心價格,經過詢問後,發展很合理,便訂位試試。首先環境當然不錯,位置 118樓層,景觀當然一絕。稍微可惜是是次 Chef Dinner Tables 那邊位置都離窗邊有距離,景色的效果少了點。我們本來被安排在較近酒吧的位置。由於酒吧客人都開懷飲開懷笑,是有點吵,故我們要求換入一點的位置,他們聽到我們請求,雖然肯定 chef dinner 是 fully booked, 他們仍樂意為我們重新安排,非常有禮,給我們換了一桌較內較有景觀的桌。我們6點半到,是較早,剛好 Chef 經過,當然不可以錯過交流拍照的機會。服務員及相信是餐廳的 PR 人員吧,很熱心立即上前幫忙拍照,完全沒有半點嫌麻煩。Chef 亦很熱情跟我們拍了好幾張,更提議用他的 Signature Post 拍,又與我們談了好一會。之後服務員細心詢問是否 ready 開始我們的 Dinner。由於每道菜都非常特別,好睇又好食,每道都有驚喜,所以上菜時,他們會每道菜細心介

我們本來被安排在較近酒吧的位置。由於酒吧客人都開懷飲開懷笑,是有點吵,故我們要求換入一點的位置,他們聽到我們請求,雖然肯定 chef dinner 是 fully booked, 他們仍樂意為我們重新安排,非常有禮,給我們換了一桌較內較有景觀的桌。
我們6點半到,是較早,剛好 Chef 經過,當然不可以錯過交流拍照的機會。服務員及相信是餐廳的 PR 人員吧,很熱心立即上前幫忙拍照,完全沒有半點嫌麻煩。Chef 亦很熱情跟我們拍了好幾張,更提議用他的 Signature Post 拍,又與我們談了好一會。
之後服務員細心詢問是否 ready 開始我們的 Dinner。由於每道菜都非常特別,好睇又好食,每道都有驚喜,所以上菜時,他們會每道菜細心介紹用料及做法,再讓我們相機食先,才慢慢淋上醬汁,很細心。
及後我希望可以留起 menu 留念,他們立即表示非常歡迎,完全不會令我感到唐突或尷尬。在上牛排時,是 Chef 崔親自上及介紹。之後他給旁邊桌上牛排後,見我們已吃完,又停下來與我們談了一會,更給我在 menu 上簽名,真的是意想不到的收穫。
到我們離開時,近門口的服務人員,看我們有點猶疑,立即上前詢問,我們是否想再和 Chef 合照,更安排一個沒其他人又好看的背景給我們 Selfie。
過了一個美好的晚上。
Ozone 的服務出色,令人非常滿意,留有深刻印象。
唯一令我覺得比較可惜的是,本來想參加星期日的 buffet brunch, 但是只有連 Champagne 的價錢,對不佔酒精的我,則卻步了。
另外想提議,如果他們也參考 Angelini 的朱古力, Oyster & Wine Bar 的杏仁酥, Amigo 的朱古力雪糕粒,加一樣小小的甜點在最後,相信會更美的句號。

Actually, the "Tomato" is not really a Tomato but a soup in disguise and it was really refreshing as the starter.

 So here comes the Crystal Bowl Salad. It looks stunning but what was more surprising was Chef Choy came to introduce his masterpiece and helped me crack the crystal.

I can't believe there was that many vegetables in it. The "crystal" was not just for decoration, the sugar complemented the fresh red snapper and the salad.

Chef Choy came again to serve the dessert. It was resembling a farm and the chocolate in the middle represents a melon that's grown in Korea. It was so pretty I almost didn't want to ruin it by eating it. Almost

This was a limited offer so if you want to try Chef Choy's dishes, you have to wait till next time.

喜歡來看日落晚霞,再睇埋夜景。比起觀景台更要高,低雲嘅時候唔好嚟,因為真係會睇唔到嘢。比起來Sky100齋睇、冇得飲、冇得食、只有極少量座位,要收入場費,寧願比多啲錢去bar好好坐低、飲飲食食。扣左門票去比較價錢的話,就覺得他沒有那麼貴。

Ozone is the highest bar in the world. The view from Ozone is awesome - you can view the stunning panoramic view. The best timing to visit Ozone is 7-9pm as the lights on skyscrapers start to be dimmed after 9pm. Ozone offers a list of wines, spirits and cocktails. For sure, the price is more expensive than most of the bars in HK. I have tried a few cocktails and taste really great. However, the interior design is not as gorgeous as I expected. Ozone is the highest bar in the world. The view from Ozone is awesome - you can view the stunning panoramic view. The best timing to visit Ozone is 7-9pm as the lights on skyscrapers start to be dimmed after 9pm. 
Ozone offers a list of wines, spirits and cocktails. For sure, the price is more expensive than most of the bars in HK. I have tried a few cocktails and taste really great. 

However, the interior design is not as gorgeous as I expected. Ozone is quite packed and noisy. The waiters are generally unfriendly and impolite as well.
