食海南雞飯始終我都只係食去骨的,不過呢間寫到明去骨真係第一次見,即管試下,一入去坐低我都未叫野店員已經拎左三種醬汁比我,有d奇怪,如果我叫其他野食咁點?不過唔理橫掂我都係食海南雞飯,油飯既份量幾多,質素都幾好唔會痴埋一舊舊,不過d雞麻麻,首先係非常之凍,而且比較um,已經唔係胸肉黎,仲有就係偏肥,再加埋佢個湯都好肥,不過佢話無落味精我都飲得出應該無既,總括黎講呢餐過去得去但又唔算係好差咁

近來當了膳食尚宮, 一切飯餐皆由我發辦, 決定買一隻無骨海南雞回家煮飯仔去。當點了一隻雞後,阿姐拿出一個印刷精美的紙盒,連同三色醬汁放入,這個設計精美的紙盒的確方便外賣,只是那麼精美的包裝一定己算入成本裡,作為消費者,我寧願用個平凡的泡泡膠盒賣便宜一點更好。海南雞分成兩半,排列得非常工整!從表面已看到其非常肥美,那黃得發亮的雞皮實在很吸引,皮肉之間沒有那層晶瑩果凍的結晶,要是有的話會更為完美。肥美雞皮看似肥膩其實帶點爽脆,質感滑溜溜又不太膩的頗為美味。除了雞翼之外,全盒雞也是啖啖肉,吃來方便得很!雞腿部份仍帶點血紅,看似恐怖其實最是滑溜,雞胸部份一點也不粗糙,當然其他部份更為細滑, 雞肉本身味道不重,味道都是來自那三色醬汁, 紅色蒜茸辣椒汁很重蒜頭味,酸酸的味道應會很惹味,只是自己怕了那陣餘香,還是放棄好了; 以香蔥打成幼末的蔥茸味道不太咸,吃後也不會有陣蔥味,也是不錯的; 最最最最好味就是那黑醬油,濃稠又甜的味道真的超對自己口味,無論用來蘸雞或拌飯也是一流的!要是沒有雞的話,醬油加蔥末已可下一碗大飯!嗒嗒嗒的吃著雞肉的大人問了一個問題:" A...我D雞背脊呢??" 原來這隻無骨雞真

我坐低落單果陣,同我落單果個樓面阿姐d態度真係唔太好,差又未至於,不過好似認為我阻住佢地兩個傾計咁囉!!!


後來有另一位食客叫左杯野飲同我之前叫果杯係一樣的,佢竟然都仲可以o係我果張已經有一杯一模一樣飲品既檯上面,再放多杯落黎

被指證後,佢竟然唔係拎返佢岩岩放低俾我果杯俾返另一個客,佢係拎之前已放o係我檯果杯走,不過我未飲過的,所以另一位客都是但算數了!

真係心諗,你唔係連你岩岩放低邊杯你都唔記得下ma?仲有我係一個人去食的,唔會認為我喝到要飲兩杯呱?同埋當時其實真係唔係忙,唔多order唔多客,真係唔知點解咁都可以搞錯!and 我只係o係果度逗留左幾個字,都見到咁多問題出現,真係……


果兩個阿姐只係o係咁不斷地傾計同埋耐唔耐食下野,真係唔係路的~
唔該老闆正視下哩個問題,如果唔係就算d野食ok,d服務質素咁,生意好極有限。

i went there to have lunch w/ my family on sunday.. it was full so we waited for about 15 minutes to get in.. we ordered the 4-person set.. it has a 雞絲海蜇, 去骨海南雞, 咖哩豬扒, 蝦醬炒生菜, rice, and soup.. the 雞絲海蜇 was not that good.. the chicken was not smooth and the 海蜇 was not bouncy enough.. the boneless hainan chicken was smooth but didn't have enough taste to it.. they say no msg so i guess that's their explanation for the sub-par chicken.. the curry pork chop was ok both in terms of taste and portion..

今晚母親節諗住費是去酒樓同人迫, 因為訂左星期一先同媽咪食飯, 所以就去左九龍城食海南雞. 早一年前倒試過都覺得ok, 但今次去完真係唔駛再去....首先錯o既唔係d食物...但老板你請d咁o既人做工....d野再好食都留唔住d客啦...一入到去已經有兩三個人等緊外賣, 入面就有位員工拍埋左三張檯總共六個位黎入外賣醬料...所以我地一行四人就被迫搭檯...都唔緊要, 坐低成十分鐘都無人理我地, 全間鋪三個師父, 四個女侍應, 加一個呀嬸, 全部專注做外賣....同我搭台果兩母女碟雞飯等左廿分鐘都唔黎....但外賣就不段出....全間堂食客就呆等....過多大慨五分鐘倒, 終於果位留住齊陰埃及妖后般造型o既女人黎落單....我地嗌左三個雞飯餐, 一個馬拉盞白菜(好味), 一個蠔油生菜同一個豬頸肉(差勁)! 等左十五分鐘, 茶都無日杯黎, 三會跟飯例湯更加無影....眼見齊陰小姐差住條腰同其他兩位女士傾偈....真係火都黎....忍唔住問佢d野黎未....佢一句 dut 埋黎 "d 雞要斬, 要排隊架, 佢地都等左好耐架" 咁我就話..."d例湯唔駛斬喇掛? 湯又要排對呀?" 佢先絲絲然問

值得一提o既係個收銀....我地食左$209, 我比一張一千蚊加一個十蚊銀...佢唔識點找....仲唔識點張一千加十打樂個計數機到....老板買個計數機比佢都無用.....跟住我叫佢找翻$801比我, 佢就找$801....計都無再計lu...

Had Chicken and Pork Rice take-away tonite and already gave them a second chance. This time - certified! The Chicken portion is extremely small for $43. Rice is hard and cold. Pork is so overcooked that I can't chew! Service is bad.Used to be so tasty, don't know what happened to them, maybe too much biz before. No more visit....

人身在龍城,能試過的大部份都吃過了,只好重温一下從前嘗過的舖子。首先要encore的,便是這裡的海南雞飯....記得第一次來吃時,這裡才剛開業,可能因此總覺水準有點不太妥當 --- 雞肉的質地是較嚡的,油飯雞油下得不足,飯的色水也是不夠均勻,令人吃得極不爽隔了差不多一整年再光顧,料不到水準是大有改善了油飯帶着些光澤,吃進口是油份適中,也挺香,是比年前吃到的好得多;去骨雞肉雖是雪藏貨,當然沒有新鮮的夠和味,不過這次吃到的肉是嫩得多,皮也是夠滑的,已經是很不錯,不可再苛求皮與肉之間要有一層如啫喱的脂肪了將雞件醮進那跡近濃黑的甜醬油而吃,最佳享受也反而多叫了的滷豬頸肉就很不對味。最關鍵的是滷水不夠味,肉本身也是很嚡的....希望下次再來時,會跟那雞肉一樣,會有所改進吧

一碟去骨的海南雞飯, 真係好吸引尤其對我呢d唔like骨既人黎講真係好開心的一碟飯, 有6-7舊到+上佢地d sources, 尤其係黑色個隻, 真係食完一舊要再食多舊, 食過不停雖然只係食左好短既時間見到不少人都外賣一隻雞的有人仲要埋去左既骨喎, 唔知要黎做咩呢?????講真, 我食過一家在tst的 (唔開名了)quality一定無呢間咁好, 份量差不多, 但個price仲要almost doubletst個間真係唔得喇

星期六住九龍城朋友推介.去着栢檔食雞.叫着個SET .半只去骨雞+咖喱豬扒+油菜+例湯,另外散叫無錫骨.其實海南雞飯在小弟心目中只有ニ個流派.新加坡+泰國個晚終於見識到港派海南雞飯.....黃油雞,皮黃肉嫰(香港人整雞.不老有一手)再加上去埋骨.普通燒味店就既輸着一個馬鼻.加埋3色醬調味,有新加坡風味.但雞肉無新加坡的滑飯就有油飯或白飯任選,小弟選着白飯.....怕肥.普通過普通.希望該店老板至少選用有飯香的米!油飯....好彩無叫到....見到朋友個碗油到發光的飯.同泰國食的海南雞飯完全兩樣嘢!好彩有碗靚靚例湯頂住.好有HOME FEEL.正!正!咖喱豬扒...不如叫咖喱汁淋豬扒.嘩.....最無厘頭就係個個無錫骨.無錫骨因該係肉嫩帶甜.咬落去鬆嫰.但两者都無.擬似糖醋骨...埋單每人HKD70....好彩價錢搭救,一試無妨.

講番食物~叫左海南雞飯&鹵水豬脾飯~

海南雞嘅份量都幾多~雞整得幾滑~有胸,有脾~加多隻雞翼~

佢d雞ok之餘最正係d醬汁三寶~分別係甜醬油,香茅醬,姜蓉~三款皆看得出是用心制作的~
當然唔放過加多兩碟來沾雞吃~


油飯亦相當唔錯~軟得來香~香得來夠味~要多飯都無問題~


有讚有彈~佢嘅鹵水豬脾真係唔掂~鹵水極巧功夫~未到家! 豬脾不夠諗滑~煮功差一著!


無疑~佢嘅海南雞係香港地黎講算出色~當然不能與鮮雞相提並論~但以咁嘅價錢~tama又食得咁開心~決定俾個笑臉它!


順便一提~食完之後走左去附近果間近日來好出名嘅曲奇店睇下~走左入去試食左一塊~出來之後同tama講~只不過係d極普通但好貴嘅曲奇~無奈:藍星人就是喜歡排隊~

海南雞飯是無骨, 淡淡肉, 都幾滑, 不過, 沒有雞味.....飯可擇油飯和白飯, 油飯 ~ 味道不濃, 有d淡, 但可能沒有味精, 我吃後不口渴.有3小碟醬跟飯, 我最喜歡薑蓉, 好好味, 唔辣....

琴晚同男朋友去九龍城行街街....本身想食蘭英個間d串燒...不過男友話cheap,要食第二間,咁我就見到這間店子,之前親戚話好好食,咁未入去試下囉見到個餐牌又唔係好貴,二三十蚊,都抵食呀,而佢又標榜係去骨海南雞....應該ok掛,一入到去,佢就先比三種醬我地,一種係黑色(新加坡的豉油),一種係薑蓉,一種係海南雞醬,起初我以為黑色個隻係蠔油,但食落好甜,又幾好咪喎!!!我地叫左一碟海南雞飯包湯,一碟海南雞拼豬頸肉飯包湯,本身想叫百味雞翼尖,叫左先話唔夠貨,逼住叫海哲手x雞...個湯唔錯....但可能因為我唔鐘意食有血既雞,個雞有dd唔鐘意,因為就算佢去左骨,都仲有d血絲係到,所有食到咁上下,我就將所有有血既雞比哂我男友食....個手x雞,麻油好重,但唔夠辣囉,如果辣d就好喇!!!!總括黎講,個黑醬油好正................地方又既正齊,係位少d喇.......

星期日一家人吃飯,走咗去栢檔買咗隻去骨海南雞.先講賣相,隻雞砌得很好,未食已很吸引,十足一隻黃油雞咁.食落去,雞皮很滑,肉很嫩,啖啖肉,無骨真係食得過癮,而且還有三種醬料,任君選擇.

先講賣相,隻雞砌得很好,未食已很吸引,十足一隻黃油雞咁.
食落去,雞皮很滑,肉很嫩,啖啖肉,無骨真係食得過癮,而且還有三種醬料,任君選擇.

海南雞飯是我很常點的食物...但這麼普通的食物, 卻不是間間食店煮得出色這間栢檔, 味道相當不錯...雞夠滑也香, 不用吐骨真好那碟三色醬料...只是do...re...me 的各點一下...雞更加好味...油飯也夠香, 對我來說,軟硬適中湯也算ok...起碼不用一股味精的味道雖然地方不大, 但價錢合理...離我家不遠...已列在我的開飯名單內了...p.s.: 其實也試過店內的咖哩..不過不失...我還是主力吃海南雞飯好了...

雞夠滑也香, 不用吐骨真好
那碟三色醬料...只是do...re...me 的各點一下...雞更加好味...
油飯也夠香, 對我來說,軟硬適中
湯也算ok...起碼不用一股味精的味道
雖然地方不大, 但價錢合理...
離我家不遠...已列在我的開飯名單內了...
p.s.: 其實也試過店內的咖哩..不過不失...我還是主力吃海南雞飯好了...

海南雞飯-啲雞幾滑,不過去骨指是不包括雞翼的咖哩牛腩-咖哩好味 牛腩好淋 啲薯仔非常好食 牛筋亦好淋例湯也好好飲 唔錯 值得一試
