Signature Dishes
As my mom had recommended this seafood resto frequently and my bro had returned from Canada, my whole family went to this resto with my relatives too. .We ordered the following dishes:-Deep-fried Bombay Duck with Spicy Salt Succulent fish with a crunchy exterior and a soft interior, seasoned to perfection. -Tofu with Salt and Pepper Crispy and hotly-fried tofu, seasoned with salt and pepper, offering a flavourful bite. -Sweet and Sour Pork Fried pork with onion, yellow pepper and green pepper, though not particularly memorable in taste. -Chicken Feet with Sand Ginger Well-marinated feet with sand ginger, savoury and soft in texture, making it easy to bite. -Stir-fried Squid with Chives Generous portions of squid with a sweet sauce and a hint of spiciness from the pepper. -Bean Curd with Mixed Seafood PotCouldn't really recall the taste of this dish. -Abalones with Salt and Pepper Meaty and pleasantly chewy abalones prepared with salt and pepper. -Scallops with Minced Garlic and Vermicelli Large and hot scallops with a pleasant garlic aroma. A bit hard to bite though. -Steamed FishFresh and meaty fish enhanced by delicious soy sauce. -Stir-fried Beef and Choy Sum Tender beef paired well with sweet choy sum. -Soy Sauce Chicken The chicken seemed less savoury when compared to other dishes. -Deep-fried Oyster Large, fresh oysters served piping hot..Situated in the wet market, the resto was a a bit crowded. The boss was super friendly and talked with my grandma enthusiastically.

星期五晚 難得唔洗返學 同左一大班人去鴨脷洲熟食中心食海鮮 呢度最特別係可以係樓下街市自己揀完啲海鮮 拎上去熟食中心比d大排檔加工 因為有個frd唔係打工狗 唔洗返朝九晚六 所以揀海鮮嘅重任就交左比佢🤭🤭大廚方面我地揀咗熟食中心入面嘅柏記,姐姐靚仔會幫你係咁換碟 大排檔黎講真係算係咁 蒜蓉粉絲蒸扇貝白𤆥蝦豉椒炒聖子豉椒炒貴妃蚌豉椒炒蜆清蒸魚陳皮蒸鮑魚龍蝦伊麵另外再加左個生炒骨,通菜同埋椒鹽鮮魷,所有野都好好送飯,好好食人均消費$500都唔洗,不過環境同衛生你就預左麻麻地😂😂

自己買左啲海鮮去位於鴨脷洲嘅栢記加工,有蟹,有蝦,有鮑魚,有聖子。除左蝦比較清淡啲,其他幾樣都加工得比較惹味。有少少辣椒🌶️,吊味,不過唔係好辣嘅!味道同價錢都不過不失!聖子

第一次睇OpenRice嚟食飯,叫咗椒鹽九肚魚,豉椒炒鮮魷,芥蘭炒牛肉同埋京都骨,一罐可樂,埋單$366,兩個人食到捧住個肚走!椒鹽九肚魚外脆口入邊多汁,非常新鮮亦沒有太多粉;豉椒炒鮮尤,尤魚好厚身,鮮甜亦都好惹味;芥蘭炒牛肉,芥蘭就麻麻啦,應該係預先淥熟再炒,反而牛肉夠林好食;京都骨唔係只有少肥肉,炸得好,甜酸適中,仲有唔少菠蘿襯碟!地方就係熟食街市入面,地面好滑小心行走,枱面算乾淨,但整體可以更好!
