第一次睇OpenRice嚟食飯,叫咗椒鹽九肚魚,豉椒炒鮮魷,芥蘭炒牛肉同埋京都骨,一罐可樂,埋單$366,兩個人食到捧住個肚走!椒鹽九肚魚外脆口入邊多汁,非常新鮮亦沒有太多粉;豉椒炒鮮尤,尤魚好厚身,鮮甜亦都好惹味;芥蘭炒牛肉,芥蘭就麻麻啦,應該係預先淥熟再炒,反而牛肉夠林好食;京都骨唔係只有少肥肉,炸得好,甜酸適中,仲有唔少菠蘿襯碟!地方就係熟食街市入面,地面好滑小心行走,枱面算乾淨,但整體可以更好!

沙爆魚頭鍋、椒鹽鮑魚、蒜蓉蒸蟶子、豉油煎大蝦、清蒸活魚、煎蝦膠及墨魚膠。
最後點了碟炒菜,總共八道菜,真係味味精彩。
我們最欣賞係個椒鹽鮑魚,可以做到椒鹽得嚟隻鮑魚仲咁軟身。
煎蝦膠及墨魚膠也是另一驚喜,我以為係煎餅果種煮法,原來唔係,我估係成餅先蒸再切條炸。
之後大廚行出嚟同我地傾了幾句,他好有善地分享他的廚藝經驗😊
總結:美味及價錢合理。如想星期六、日晚來最好先訂位。

這道炒花甲是我吃過最好吃的!花甲沒有大量離殻的情況,熟度來得剛好,每一口均可感應到嫩滑細緻的花甲肉。至於靈魂的醬汁,鹹甜香辣來得既惹味又溫文,喜歡它沒有嘩眾取寵的勁辣、極濃、大鹹,叫人回味甚是!

看似平平無奇,但吃出了驚喜!

往蝦殻咬開,第一個味道竟然是柔和的茄汁,透出若隱若現的甜與酸;繼而是混合沙沙與綿蜜的鹹蛋黃,茄汁與鹹蛋黃兩者各不排斥,也不覺怪異,反而帶來意想不到的驚喜,結合出爽朗、完全沒膩意的黃金蝦!

朋友來港,住在南區的酒店,決心要帶他食有香港特色的東西,但由於八點落機,到酒店check-in 後已時候不早,上openrice 搜尋那裡有夜開的食店,發現原來利東的街市有熟食中心,最夜關門的食檔是12:00,就決定坐地鐵到利東站前往。還是本人第一次坐南區線呢!估不到約10:20去到,熟食中心的食店只剩得一間還在營業!只剩兩枱食客😔但店員很好,叫我們不要急,慢慢諗,慢慢食。因為有朋自遠方來,我點了「市價」的聖子皇和帶子,阿姐建議用蒜蓉粉絲蒸,果然冇介紹錯,聖子皇很大隻,粉絲的份量也很多!佐飯一流!生炒排骨及紅燒豆腐很有鑊氣。店員態度友善,就算只剩下我們一枱也不會因為阻礙了他們收工而黑面,真的要讚。埋單$400三個人,有海鮮、有肉、有菜,也屬抵食。
