飲落同羅宋湯有少少似 不過就比佢淡一啲

We decided to come and check this one out after knowing that the beef here was 100% grass fed and was imported from a place name "La Pamas" in Argentina. Beef Tenderloin. We asked for medium. Like most grass fed beef, it taste a little more "meatier" and "gamey" than regular beef. I would definitely recommend to try the beef here for all meat lover or adventurers. 

It also comes with half of a corn and a baked potato.

This is the traditional Argentina sauce, its called chimichurri sauce. its was a mix of parsley, garlic, olive oil, oregan etc. so it is a little sour. Which is good because it can cancel out the heaviness of meat so you can enjoy more beef without feeling full.  We were so impressed by this sauce.

主菜

主菜係烤牛扒,我地叫左Medium-rare,(約3成熟)我同朋友都鐘意食比較偏向生3-5成熟既牛肉 ,因為老闆話哥度D牛係阿根廷進口,係食殼飼料大的,所以無咩羶味。肉眼扒亦都係牛最好食最JUICY既其中一個部位之一。
一上枱果然夠生,中間仲係有D血淋淋。
不過好彩佢地幫我地分好哂件,唔洗自己舞刀弄叉。
牛扒既表面有調過味,落左鹽同黑椒。如果再切開幾塊細塊食會偏咸,建議中間切開一半成舊食會比較合適。
牛扒的確無咩根同腥味。三成熟既口感好綿,好嫩。雖然未到入口即溶既地步,但都好JUICY多汁。整體黎講都不錯。份量亦都好大份。建議情侶既客人黎鋸扒都係order一份扒就夠了,但係二個麻甩佬就當然叫二份先過癮。

總結
牛扒既份量真係幾大份,一份扒夠哂2個人(1男1女)食。味道都不錯,上菜速度都OK,唔會話太慢,侍應生都好熱情講解,可能偏晚既時間比較小客人。比起牛扒我最鐘意既都係個芝士配包,同佢既自助沙律吧。
不錯!值得回味!

29/11 was the the first day that I dated my wife 10 years ago. It has been usual practice for me and my wife to celebrate on every 29th each month. This month we chose to eat two days earlier in central. We rarely came to central for dinner, her colleague recommend us this restaurant.
This restaurant didn’t disappoint me. The quality of food and the atmosphere is good. We enjoyed eating dinner in here, couples will definitely like it. The staff in here is nice and polite as well.

Starter: bread with butter. The bread was served warm and the texture is soft. We also ordered aloli shrimp, the texture and the taste of the shrimp is good.
Main dish:
I ordered medium rare tenderloin steak, the steak was thick and juicy. The quality of the steak is good and no sauce is needed. The side dish I chose was baked potato, also taste good.
My wife ordered a fried chicken fillet served with potato chips. The chips were fried by the chief rather than bought from supermarket. The chicken was served with garlic butter sauce, perfect match.
We also ordered two drinks, fresh orange juice. The juices are made by fresh oranges, highly recommend

比起ribeye 更喜歡tenderloin steak 呢,肉質口感更加軟嫩juicy, 牛肉味同樣咁足. 呢款選左served with cream potato. 加左cream 煮切片薯仔好香,好食.

當食到有點膩時候再咬啖粟米係幾好配搭. 因為佢個粟米好清甜多汁.

雖然知道steak 應該配red wine,不過個人較喜歡white wine 所以order 左杯Finca La Unoaked Chardonnay $58 呢杯相對就較易入口同比較fresh d. 酒味無Malbec red wine 咁濃,個人蠻喜歡呢種清新d 既winen

比較牛扒無甘heavy , 呢個醬汁比店秘制醬汁仲要好食!所以極力推薦,建議一啖雞扒一啖薯片甘食, 中和番個醬汁,中意食薯片既朋友一定要試,因為薯片不同市面上的薯片帶有調味制,食落去可以嘗到薯仔真正既味道,比一般薯片厚,只能話整道菜都好有心思,值得一讚
