沒吃海南雞飯,好像整頓馬來亞菜缺少什麼似的,海南雞是無骨的,吃得方便自在之餘,也不需擔心有血紅色的骨髓出現,泛黃的雞皮下有著嫩滑的雞肉,擺放得一絲不苟,三色伴醬分別有綠色的薑茸醬和橙紅色的酸辣醬,紅綠相映,中間就有黑色的甜豉油做分隔,而薑茸醬有班蘭葉之味,酸辣醬則有蒜香之味,全是店方自家秘方調製出來的特色,當然你可以選擇,不妨吃海南雞的原汁原味,豈不是來得更好。

今晚放工遲咗,唔想返屋企至煮,叫咗Papparich外賣海南雞飯。之前我買過好多次,至少五六次,一路以來食物質素都不錯。返到屋企打開盒飯就覺得今日嘅海南雞簡直係垃圾。成碟雞只有皮同埋肥!雞肉有極大雪味同只係得兩塊(其他都是毛,皮及肥膏),盒飯要收我$110簡直係搶錢!咁樣嘅質素真係一啲都唔值,對呢間餐廳真係失望到極點。打到餐廳投訴,聽電話嗰個女人話佢哋餐廳最近轉左個供應商攞雞所以呢排啲雞有d唔同喎。呢批雞肥d同埋好細隻,起咗啲骨之後就冇乜肉剩其實我唔係好有興趣知道佢餐廳啲貨嘅來源,我只係介意佢唔好食。如果要比咁樣嘅質素嘅嘢客人,我覺得你不如唔好賣啦!最後只好煮公仔麵食☹️

我在馬來西亞光顧過幾間Papparich,都覺得很好,坐得舒服,食物美味,價錢也不貴。所以,當Papparich在香港開分店時,我就去光顧了。那次在晚市時段,感覺不太好,食物質素未如馬來西亞,所以,對香港分店的印象大打折扣。今天,因為在上環活動,就再試多一次,今天的水準卻不錯。上環分店環境好,樓座高,座位擺放疏落,坐得舒適。我點了炒怡保芽菜(上一次吃,覺得草青味很重,而且出很多水);今天的,不但沒有草青味,而且芽菜很爽脆;再者,佐料辣醬不太辣,馬拉箋味很香。我上一次點了蝦麵,不好吃。今天,我點了龍蝦炒貴刁,就很不錯。是一整隻龍蝦,龍蝦剛剛熟,肉質仍然很水嫩,龍蝦肉鮮甜;而且,龍蝦殼已被弄好撕裂位,方便人客剝來吃。貴刁也炒得非常香口,有鑊氣!Honey點了拉茶,我點了凍白咖啡,兩杯都很好,跟在馬來西亞飲,味道差不多。今次光顧,跟上一次有很大分別……水準不一,那就很難留住顧客了!

除咗麵之外,仲配有一小碟味道很香濃的醬,味道鹹香帶蝦醬味,唔辣的。可以用來點各種配料或者撈落去湯麵度食,不過唔食濃味嘅人可能會覺得太鹹。最後,真係忍唔住成碗湯都飲埋!好味但是重口味!

不過,唯一令我好唔滿意嘅係嗰個用好多個膠袋笠住嘅兜仔!!做咩啫! ?呢度大排檔咩??連洗個兜仔都懶??懶到要用多個膠袋笠住佢用嚟裝蝦殼??個樣好核突囉!!擺上張枱時,我呆一呆,佰幾蚊嚟食碗麵你搞咩啫!?真係有種好核突嘅感覺囉!!

仲有,班員工嘅工作態度都幾乞人憎!!水吧樓面樓面又鬧返水吧,你哋有人做錯野就大家入後欄鬧夠佢啦,做乜喺啲客人面前鬧嚟鬧去啫??搞到我食碗麵都食得唔安樂!!然後,仲見到有個侍應喺度發脾氣將個餐牌掟落張吉枱度。個個都燶口燶面為乜啫?塊面黑到好似包公咁為乜啫!???月尾出糧都補唔返啦!!!

昨天中午1點多到了,竟然用等位。我己經係第二次來光顧,就是念念不忘這個海南雞飯。海南雞肉很滑,奬汁也很好味。另外,我點了一份特色咖吔多士,中間有塊大牛油,肥死人了!但真的很好味。牛油同咖吔sauce很match 哩!我又點了一份牛肉串燒,個sauce 也是非常常好味yummy! 心急得制唔記得影相添我也很喜歡樓底高的餐廳,特別週末,給人有一種很relax and refresh的感覺。食物價錢又不是很離地,在中環食飯,我覺得這裡性價比很高哩!

朋友啊咁熱不如去食辣野所以揀咗呢間食晏試試我揀咗咖喱雞+參峇虾+巴東牛肉+黃金飯飲凍拉茶冇食過呢D馬拉野,唔知道咩叫係黃金飯以為係好似話黃薑飯或者油飯咁原來係食落好似好乾嘅飯咁,感覺係烘乾左,入面好空心,不過冇曬飯味所以必須撈咖哩一齊食,咖哩唔辣,又同平時食開嗰啲冇乜大分別,啲雞都幾好食但唔算好滑牛肉好腍好入味,甜甜的好易入口虾唔算爽,辣辣地一個飯可以食晒三種味道奶茶好香滑,但一啲都唔甜飲慣珍珠奶茶嘅甜,哈哈呢個似乎好健康仲有,午飯限時45分鐘交枱,不過我地夠鐘後冇人等位,都比我地繼續坐

上次食羅富記嘅時候望到對面有間食馬來西亞菜,門面幾好睇,今日就嚟試下。晚市有啲套餐,好多野食。唔食咁多散嗌又得飲品不過不失掙扎左一陣要蝦麵定喇沙,因為佢個名叫「咖哩喇沙」,而我地打算另一個叫咖哩,於是都係揀左蝦麵。兩隻蝦好大隻好好肉,有啲雞絲有啲通菜,麵底又有粗身啲黃色嗰啲拉麵,mix啲米粉,簡直一次過滿足兩個慾望🤤個湯好夠味,少少辣,好啱食🤘🏻印度飛餅配咖哩雞腿,基本上喺街食咖哩雞都難免食到雪藏雞,仲要炆到啲肉霉哂甩出嚟為止,呢個都有啲雪味,但未至於肉霉,算係咁。個雞唔係重點,最緊要係印度飛餅熱辣辣脆卜卜好正,點咖哩汁一流👍🏻四大天王,勁香,但嗰種香係好似去大排檔炒左個菜咁,完全冇星馬feel。茄子、豆角、秋葵我都鍾意食,個豆就苦苦地硬硬地。anyway味道好,夠鑊氣,但就略油,始終茄子唔泡油係會散哂,油膩都無可避免,如果配個白飯可能好啲。整體都啱食,仲有好多野想試,會翻頭再試👊🏻

印度飛餅配咖哩雞腿,基本上喺街食咖哩雞都難免食到雪藏雞,仲要炆到啲肉霉哂甩出嚟為止,呢個都有啲雪味,但未至於肉霉,算係咁。個雞唔係重點,最緊要係印度飛餅熱辣辣脆卜卜好正,點咖哩汁一流👍🏻

四大天王,勁香,但嗰種香係好似去大排檔炒左個菜咁,完全冇星馬feel。茄子、豆角、秋葵我都鍾意食,個豆就苦苦地硬硬地。anyway味道好,夠鑊氣,但就略油,始終茄子唔泡油係會散哂,油膩都無可避免,如果配個白飯可能好啲。

整體都啱食,仲有好多野想試,會翻頭再試👊🏻
