是日餐湯:
甘荀忌廉湯,上檯時湯碟是暖的,口感濃稠綿密,湯放到咀內很充實,鹹甜適中。
沙律:
柚子醋大蝦沙律:柚子醋的微酸甜輕輕拌勻整份沙律食材,沙律菜及大蝦都十分清爽,那些車厘茄及南瓜粒鮮味好吃,這個醬汁真是沙律的妙配。
主菜:
香煎盲槽魚:上檯時也是暖碟,盲槽魚的魚皮及四周的肉煎得香口,微微焦黃而不過度。魚肉口感細嫩,醮上嫩綠色的羅勒忌廉同吃,增加食味。這件魚只挑到少量魚骨,所以不用擔心會哽喉。伴菜有邊豆,西蘭花,芽菜,全部都清爽。
煙三文魚酸種薄餅:我看介紹知道餐廳自設烤爐,所以加20元選了這款薄餅試試。薄餅放在一個大木圓碟上,迷你綠色菠菜配上橙紅的三文魚,賣相好看。自已較喜歡吃厚身餅底,但這款餅身較薄,餅底是鬆軟但邊沿較硬身。三文魚可咀嚼,迷你菠菜夠嫩保持濕潤,但我覺芝士份量不夠多,未有拉絲的效果。這種薄餅沒有預期的好吃。
甜品
意式芝士蛋糕:這個甜品我很喜歡,因為口感夠濕潤,但又不是糊狀,入口慢慢感受到那薄層朱古力的甜香,漸漸又品嚐到蛋糕的鬆軟。甜度合
口味。
餐飲選了咖啡,一杯大咖啡跟著一個牛奶小杯子同上,可按喜好加入奶。先喝了口齋啡,味偏苦及較薄,還有一股烘豆的焦味,還是加點奶和糖較好飲。

看過吃過,整體不錯,雖然有些食品不對自已胃口,但只是小事,最重要餐廳讓你坐得舒服,吃得開心。

☹️其實餐廳內的侍應服務態度真的一般般,,差不多9成男侍應的語氣都不算太有禮貌,如果想更多人光顧,希望可以改善一下。

🩷值得一提,餐廳外面就是荃灣如心園木化石公園,有時候可以進餐後去參觀,館內展示逾百件博物館級木化石,讓小朋友都可以增加更多課外知識。

終於一訪荃灣最近大熱的打卡名店Parkside。估唔到晚市真係坐滿人,唔訂位真係有機會食唔到。餐廳係NOC 咖啡店內,座位都好多,但要打卡的話一定要訂窗邊卡位。其實打卡餐廳,對食物本不抱太大期望,但竟然有驚喜。龍蝦泡沫濃湯好濃郁的龍蝦味,湯的質地十分細緻幼滑,比得上酒店餐廳出品,配的蒜蓉包亦香脆。牛油果三文魚沙律三文魚新鮮,加入了米通、芝麻等,牛油果creamy,柚子醋多了份清新口感。紅酒糟虎蝦捲意粉食落一陣酒香,但唔會太搶意粉的味道。捲意粉的掛汁能力不錯,亦帶煙韌,幾好食。原隻烤豬手想灴到係原隻未切上台,烤得金黃焦脆,每切一刀都卜卜脆,入面的肉色粉紅粉嫩,入口真係又脆又嫩,配埋個自家製醬汁,真係一絕,好好味!!!食物好味,高樓底的特色設計好靚,睇得出餐廳真係有花過心思,店員知道食客黎打卡,所以都好識做,會好快行開留時間俾客人影相,我地食到最後,店員都俾我地打埋卡先走,整體感覺都好好,所以會揾個時間日光再打卡。

食物好味,高樓底的特色設計好靚,睇得出餐廳真係有花過心思,店員知道食客黎打卡,所以都好識做,會好快行開留時間俾客人影相,我地食到最後,店員都俾我地打埋卡先走,整體感覺都好好,所以會揾個時間日光再打卡。

Weekday Dinner 近期熱門的新餐廳,裝修優雅有特色,樓底高,晚上充滿情調,很適合約會及與朋友聚會。值得一讚的是服務很好,即使是邊邊位置,店員會不時主動加水及留意用餐進度👍🏻👍🏻薯條配辣椒蒜蓉醬薯條熱辣辣,外脆內軟,薯味十足,配開胃的辣椒蒜蓉醬。風乾火腿蘑菇薄餅薄餅出色,即叫即焗,餅底帶點煙靭又香脆。薄餅上有鹹香的風乾火腿、拉絲芝士、松子及香菇,再加上松露油增添香氣,口感豐富,味道出色!燒烤醬雞肉絲墨西哥餡餅墨西哥餡餅足料,除了雞肉絲,還有大量芝士、洋蔥、紅黃椒及鷹嘴豆泥,配上開胃的乳酪醬、蕃茄莎莎醬及牛油果莎莎醬,味道更清爽,充滿異國風情。

今日與女友人私密飯眾,揀呢間比較新的餐廳一試。提早要求預留比較安靜及方便打咭的位置,職員亦有配合要求。Order了一個pizza, 一個意粉及一個飯, 分量合理;意粉及飯口味偏淡,合少鹽少糖人仕,整體味道不過不失,唯鹹蛋意粉完全食不出鹹蛋味比較失色。薯仔薄餅亦完全吃不到薯仔味,芝士味道也很淡,唯一讚是薄餅邊焗得很鬆化,卻是是整個薄餅最好食的地方!職員方面有兩次都分別送錯餐給我們枱及鄰台,但影響不大。由於是次食飯主要為傾計及環境,食物質量一般整體感覺都滿意!
