星期日經過灣仔, 老公想食叻沙, 未來過呢間就去左試啦!我地叫左特色叻沙, 特色鮮蝦炒蘿蔔糕(黑), 新加坡原味雞飯, 羅漢果龍眼冰等, 由於12:00左右, 未有顧客, 所以上得好快, 個waiter都算有禮貌!佢地既叻沙真係唔錯, 材料好多, 有去殼蝦肉, 仲有連殼大隻中蝦, 鮮蛤魚片肉丸豆卜等等 , 湯底辣得好好味! 炒蘿蔔糕有黑白兩種, 我地要左黑色既, 上桌時好香, 但食落就真係麻麻, 食唔到蘿蔔味, 成舊粉有d實, 味道怪怪的, 都係聞好過食啦! 至於雞飯就普普通通, 送左碗湯, 但沒有落盬! 而羅漢果龍眼冰都幾好飲, 唔錯!食左$200幾, 真係唔多抵食! 如果想食平平地好味叻沙, 灣仔選擇好多, "狀元麵館"係好好既地方! 而呢間既"特色叻沙"材料就多d, 下次我會只係叫呢樣野加杯drink, 其他野唔會再試啦!

炒蘿蔔糕有黑白兩種, 我地要左黑色既, 上桌時好香, 但食落就真係麻麻, 食唔到蘿蔔味, 成舊粉有d實, 味道怪怪的, 都係聞好過食啦! 至於雞飯就普普通通, 送左碗湯, 但沒有落盬!
而羅漢果龍眼冰都幾好飲, 唔錯!

食左$200幾, 真係唔多抵食!
如果想食平平地好味叻沙, 灣仔選擇好多, "狀元麵館"係好好既地方!
而呢間既"特色叻沙"材料就多d, 下次我會只係叫呢樣野加杯drink, 其他野唔會再試啦!

已經幫襯咗成年幾, 無奈食物及招呼都越來越差, 次次去想order curry fish都話冇魚.... 好啦, 上個weekend去lunch, 咪order咗個巴沙牛腩囉, 點知要另外order飯(平日lunch包埋gu wor), 份量都唔講喇, 食落好咸, 一睇就知倷微波爐叮熱嘅, 個膠碗仲熱騰騰, 哎! 比$60多元(未計加一喎!) 食D咁嘅嘢..... 真真失望!!! 決定不會再去!!!!

2008年3月6日,巴沙今天難得與兩個舊同事聚聚,來了很久沒吃過的沙巴。秘制沙巴牛腩飯($65):以前吃過印象挺好,牛腩很腍和辣辣地好開胃。現在吃沒有以前覺得那麼好,是習慣了它的味道?還是它退步了?也可能是它的味道跟價錢再不相配了?65元,雖然有碟菜,但仍是貴了點吧?正宗蝦湯麵($55):湯底不錯,有點辣,也鹹了點,蝦不大,麵條可以。特色炒福建麵(黑)($55):不難吃,但沒有想過這個豉油汁這麼多的麵可以叫炒麵。這樣的“特色”我就是不喜歡了。

除咗用垃圾來形容都唔知再有什麼形容詞雖然我唔知乜嘢係正中星馬菜的味道不過去過星馬食嘢都未食過呢種味但可以肯定呢間嘢係又貴又難食$70~$80 的價錢無諗過係食d咁嘅嘢一堆垃圾似的無咖哩汁的咖哩魚加水我諗未煮過咖哩的人都會煮得好食過佢我可以肯定呢間嘢今年內定必結業

但可以肯定呢間嘢係又貴又難食

我諗未煮過咖哩的人都會煮得好食過佢

3Jun2007 1436星期日朝早等了又等式的搏老命開工後,已經到兩點幾,要醫肚,見這裡開了一段日子,我又未試過,便膽粗粗做白老鼠。沒有套餐及茶餐,唯有散叫,有澱粉質的食品,最平都要48蚊,唯有叫一碗正宗喇沙,內裡有蝦、鮮蛤、魚片、墨魚及豆卜,而裡面大部份只有米粉,油麵非常少,米粉及油麵的比例個人來說喜歡5050。味道同一般我地食開或認知有點不同,佢都會有少少辣、喇沙醬及椰汁香味,比較特別有少少蝦醬香味,都可以接受到。至於杯新加坡咖啡,係沒有奶,喜歡乜星乜洋或西/港式咖啡的你,一定不受這套,這都是正宗的出品,真係唔好失驚無神話要加奶。我相信各處鄉村各處例,所以笑臉都有個,不過咁既價錢真係貴左些少。

Well, I've read Zun comments and trust me, I know what good Singaporean/Malaysian food taste like. What they served me was "HKnese Singaporean/Malaysian" food. If you want authentic SG/MY food, do NOT expect anything like that here. Unless you are desperate for something spicy.It is not difficult to cook curry, just need pre packaged ground curry & chilli powder, onion,garlic, etc and fry them into a paste, NOT BOIL IT WITH WATER! seeeesh

just read some negative comments and have following to say.if u never been to singapore, malaysia or eaten their food before and u insist to try, hv a open mind and be adventurous becos being a frog in the well shouldnt write food critics. do u want all different countries' cusines cooked in cantonese style? should they add won ton to your laksa noodle and make u feel better?but one thing i agree is that they are not cheap, in fact quite expensive. just tink this way, if u are in singapore and

跟男朋友共點了喇沙(HK$48)和海南雞飯各一款(HK$58)。我覺得喇沙不太對勁-----湯底不算完全正宗,湯料的蝦與魚片又少又袖珍;至於海南雞飯可選不潻雞油的白飯,奇怪的是不僅雞塊淋上豉油,伴碟醬汁亦淋上一些,而且沒有薑蓉醬可提供。難怪名食評家蔡生都曾寫過其烹調方法仍有待改善。

我同朋友有一日搭電車行過就入左去試下, 係星期五ge夜晚, 都勁少人, 夾埋我地兩個先得五個人。個waitress好好人咁走埋黎介紹野俾我地, 好, 要左碟飛餅、前菜rojak 同埋叻沙湯。飛碟係好好味, 有糖同一個酸ge湯黎點, 但係份又勁少。但係個叻沙湯...除左勁勁椰汁味就係勁少料...食到呆左...rojak完全唔係香港人口味...係一個奇怪味ge沙律, d醬係黑色ge...又甜又酸...個沙律除左生果仲有~~油炸鬼...我地唔信邪就叫多個秘制牛腩, 點知都係唔好食。d牛腩好似煲左十年咁...d味又唔知係咩味...我唔會再去架啦!

久違了食評,因為年末年始繁忙關係,又因為躲賴,好幾個食評都鋪了塵,之前在灣仔食了好幾間叻沙店,發現這間價錢高人一等,但出品相當不錯,指叻沙方面。其他未試過,不予置評。湯底同料很足,料子不算多,但十分新鮮,粉麵比上次改善了不少,已經再沒有散修修。雖然價錢偏貴,不過總算製作認真,不防一試。
