鐵板燒紐西蘭西冷 ($118) :10多分鐘後,當鐵板燒端上台時,隨即張起餐紙巾。誰知師傅在扒上拉了下酒,熟練地點起火槍。非常驚喜,整塊西冷都團著黃黃的火,真係嘩嘩嘩wowwowwow~ 食扒都有show睇。其後再配上黑椒汁(三款汁選:燒汁、黑椒汁和野菌汁),灑灑聲的淋上。切開西冷,粉色肉嫩; 黑椒汁沒有蓋過肉味。

我們一行四人本來想到一間有名的餐廳吃晚飯,可惜臨時被取消了。最後我們在旺角逛了一會,終於選了這一間人少少的西餐廳,作為某人的生日晚餐。餐牌上價錢合理,一個晚飯套餐包括一個主菜加一湯一飲品。今次我們四人每人點了一個餐。首先有餐湯,白汁粟米湯跟羅宋湯味道中規中矩。之後到主菜了,我們點了黑椒羊架、燒汁肉眼、南瓜意大飯和菠菜麵。七成熟的羊架剛剛好,肉質不會太老。職員在淋上黑椒汁前會先淋上白酒再點火,所以這個羊架沒有羊酥味,我最喜歡這道菜。肉眼我們要五成熟,切開仍然是粉紅色,有一點點血汁,很嫩。南瓜飯有一陣陣的奶油香,大蝦很彈牙。在大魚大肉後,吃個菠菜麵,清清淡淡的,健康之選。總括來說,食物分量足夠,價錢合理,侍應會在吃鐵板燒時遞上餐紙隔開油煙,服務貼心,是一間值得再光顧的小店。

水蜜桃冰室有點驚喜,裝修幾型格,座位都好舒服,我們叫了兩個小食一個是炸芝士粒另一個是芝士焗田螺,芝士都相當好味但是田螺就差點,之後又叫了個鐵板餐雜扒餐,牛柳煎飯和兩個沙律。套餐是跟湯及飲品的,試了忌廉湯和雜菜湯,兩個都有蒜蓉多士跟上,水準還好,鐵板餐不是傳統的落黑椒汁或洋蔥汁不會有渣渣聲,而係在你面前落酒點火,產生酒香鐵板扒都唔錯,牛樓煎飯,牛柳好軟熟,煎飯又香脆好有特色,沙律亦都抵食味道,一個是溫泉蛋炸雞沙律味道帶點辣因為醬汁加了芥辣,我都比較鍾意。另一款係蟹肉青瓜蕃茄沙律,蟹肉都好鮮味將醬汁配得都幾好帶點甜又好味。最後叫了幾款甜品,雖然所有都叫雪皅,但其實似雪糕多啲,最特色是有番薯雪糕很有番薯味,其餘椰子雪糕都好滑,金橘很酸但都好清爽,菠蘿就差啲,桃味就覺甜,總體都算幾好值得再去🤗
