To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 聖誕節去索罟灣郊遊…一行四人行完山去食飯,碼頭附近成排酒家,有新式有舊式,建議大家對比幾家才選擇,我地對比過後決定選擇桃源,因為我較想食傳統酒家…我地選擇了最貴的一個4人餐($1188沒有加一),包括:炸鮮魷蒜蓉蒸元貝炒龍蒸魚(原本為咕嚕肉/鮑魚,老闆話4人改送蒸魚俾我地)炒青菜炒蜆(這碟是送的,原本老闆說45週年及聖誕節所以送鮑魚,但我本人不太好鮑魚,故改送炒蜆)廈門炒米(原本為炒飯,友人問可否改炒米,老闆好易話為話整個廈門炒米俾我地試)飲品(維他檸檬茶菊花茶芬達之類,可加錢改其他飲品)生果(西瓜菠蘿)成餐都唔錯好好食,埋單$1209 (因為飲品我地額外加錢換其他野飲),聖誕節可以300蚊/人 食到海鮮餐仲要有超級無敵大海景夕陽睇真係好值,反正我地食得好開心好滿足❤️
