最後先上嘅北京填鴨,都算正常質素
兩個人共$1,026.30,每人$500度。菜介成$85蚊,但食物水準係同一般酒樓咁上下。
人手也不夠, 吃完的上菜碟子要自己搬來搬去, 不像以往的殷勤, 會時刻留意顧客每道菜食用完畢立即收碟子。
晚上七時, 已不是 peak hour, 在門口竟然無職員長註, 做完晒安心出行和針咭處理也不見人, 也沒有鐘仔可以按來call 人。

招牌片皮鴨鴨皮很香脆,鴨肉味佳,有京蔥鴨醬相伴,很配合和好吃。吃的時候還是熱騰騰的。

首先,空碟充滿水漬和油層,和服務員反應後他們說機洗很正常。OK,Fine。上菜速度簡直把自己當成了法國12 道 course ,上完一個再一個。大佬,中菜來的,最後一碟你叫我齋對住一盤青菜?而且!!明明是雞毛菜,居然拿長大的雞毛菜(上海青)來扮野????最後,個杏仁露,我嚴重懷疑他參考佐消毒水做法,用1:99 的杏仁露加水合成。
救命,實在太差了!

Please kindly plan ahead the CNY takeaway logistics as all customers have to queue up and wait for 1.5 hours in order to get the takeaway home. Ours is ordered few days ahead and marked to pick up at 6pm. It’s now 7:23pm and we are still waiting for the Peking Duck. This is an upsetting experience.
We used to dine at Peking Garden sometimes. But this takeaway experience drives customers away.

上菜又係一野放上黎就走左,完全唔會雇及你用餐狀況。
屋邨茶樓服務仲好過佢。
前菜例如海蜇頭、口水雞OK,海鮮主菜宮爆蝦仁、蔥爆海參、帶子質素上乘,色香味俱全。
但核心菜式片皮鴨超級難吃。面皮明顯不是手工製作,勾左好多膠係入面,口感近蝦餃皮😂 非常黏,完全不正宗。不正宗但如果好吃就算,但因為非常黏,連餅都包唔埋一起,口感又差,非常之失敗!尤其依家香港又不少片皮鴨店整的好過佢好多。肉就勉強過關。總之就不合格,更加對不住價錢和嘗試營造的格調,令人非常失望。
綜合來講,前菜海鮮質素OK,但係片皮鴨之差完全不可想像,不推薦。
We were disapponted with the double fried meat (回鍋肉), big plate but very small portion. The stir fry vegetable with bean curd sheet is lack of taste. Xiao Lun Bao is decent but the vinegar is lack of ginger. Stir fried string bean (四季豆) is not fried enough & very little minced pork. Beijing noodle is also lack of taste.
All in all, disappointed experience on dishes except Peking duck and vegetarian bean curd sheet.
