今天約了家人食晚飯,去了中環北京樓因為有家人想食北京填鴨,之前食過北京樓的質素話俾我今次再過來,♥️北京填鴨選擇皮和肉分開或者一齊我們最後選擇了皮肉一齊,感覺好似好食一點加上包着鴨肉的粉皮,他們會有火爐一路暖着的所以一路食的時候也暖暖的🫶🏻😄我們還叫了東坡肉,不過我們覺得味道普通不過來北京樓主要也是為了食北京填鴨♥️💕🥰

因為有家人想食北京填鴨,之前食過北京樓的質素話俾我今次再過來,♥️
北京填鴨選擇皮和肉分開或者一齊
我們最後選擇了皮肉一齊,感覺好似好食一點
加上包着鴨肉的粉皮,他們會有火爐一路暖着的
所以一路食的時候也暖暖的🫶🏻😄
我們還叫了東坡肉,不過我們覺得味道普通
不過來北京樓主要也是為了食北京填鴨♥️💕🥰

周五早上打電話book 位,個receptionist 話只可以由12點食到1點,因1:30 有客,我覺得佢超級不靈活,我們1:15還都未遲,幾經爭辯,她才答應我1:15還枱。我們-坐下便點了片皮鴨,甜酸魚柳,小籠包及一些前菜。水準已經大不如前。片皮鴨有點乾,小籠包沒有汁之餘又沒有肉味,吃得很不暢快。最後那個$228的魚柳來了,那條小小的魚放在一個很大的碟上,問到那女部長,佢話呢批貨係細啲冇辦法,那我說既然批貨那麼少,為什麼不能給兩條,她說這是規矩,最後我哋要求推還。我們走的時候,餐廳也坐不滿,真不明白點解堅持我哋要1:00還枱,這樣的服務及食物質素我真是不會再來了。

今日約咗我-班朋友一齊來北京樓食晚飯,名副其實食出傳統菜風味,-入內環境裝潢風格,餐具、桌椅及制服都令人懷舊香港。服務員態度和和藹些更添加美滿。Peking Garden 北京樓創立於 1978 年的北京樓,是美心中菜歷史最悠久及最具口碑食府,以傳統的北京填鴨聞名香港及海外,屢獲殊榮。食完感慨一番,現在的北京樓真的變得很普通,食物味道整體感覺還算好吃,主角片皮鴨切得太厚太多肉;皮也不夠脆變得肥膩大大減分,至於手拉麵表演者太過敷衍,連外國遊客都吸引不了。

食完感慨一番,現在的北京樓真的變得很普通,食物味道整體感覺還算好吃,主角片皮鴨切得太厚太多肉;皮也不夠脆變得肥膩大大減分,至於手拉麵表演者太過敷衍,連外國遊客都吸引不了。

今晚我們選擇了數款美食
🔸蟹粉小籠包
一向很愛吃小籠包,而秋天亦是靚蟹當造。
兩者合併成令人難以抗拒的美食。每隻包裹著味道濃郁的金黃蟹粉及一絲絲鮮蟹肉,熱騰騰的湯汁有著啖啖蟹油香。

有一點環境我喜歡,室內放置紅樓夢金釵在園中飲宴雕件,細緻生動,精美,賞心樂事。

之前来过这家北京楼印象还不错,今天想吃烤鸭,再来北京楼,但这一次真的大失所望片皮鸭:普普通通,很肥,鸭皮也不够脆回锅肉:开眼界了,居然是甜的,服务员还很理直气壮说回锅肉就是这样做的……黄金虾球:中规中矩,唯一正常发挥的菜蟹粉豆腐:用老豆腐做的;蟹粉也不够多,味道也不够赛螃蟹:正常水准高丽豆沙:皮非常厚,豆沙量也不够总之整顿吃下来很失望和服务员反应之后,态度也很差,说他们家的做法就是这样。不会再来了
