在德福 shopping後,找個地方嚟醫肚。爸爸喜歡吃中菜,所以選擇了北京樓。三人點了半隻北京填鴨, 乾扁四季豆, 女兒很喜歡麵食,點了擔擔麵和蔥油拌麵。我喜歡吃肉,點了咕嚕肉。吃過很多處的北京填鴨,包括國內的。個人認為只要個皮不太厚也不太薄;鴨皮燒得夠香;刀工要求稍為薄一點;加上醬汁味道不要死鹹,就已經好味。綜合以上的審鴨條件,結論北京樓是合格的,麵食亦不過不失。但最敗不的就是咕嚕肉。肉質好像被蒸過了, 又干又實,加上炸浆不夠鬆脆。其實北京樓環境舒適,服務勉強合格,價位貼地。只要下次再來不要點廣東菜便好了。

刺激香港經濟,絕對要由根本嘅服務質素開始,難怪香港人個個都北上消費!可悲!

同屋企人一齊食飯,環境OK,上菜速度都快,食物不過不失。嚟到北京樓都係想食片皮鴨,記得尖沙咀店會喺你枱旁邊片鴨,但呢度就冇,不過都ok嘅。價錢偏貴,不過出街食飯都預咗。

有幾個月沒去德福廣場 原來2樓的翠園變了北京樓(同集團的店)裝修和服務 維持正常水準 2個人要了午市行政套餐 粟米羹蟹肉頗多2款點心 燒賣比較好糖醋小黃魚 我不大喜歡那醬汁填鴨很出色 肥瘦適中 肉又嫩又香總括來説是滿意 個人認為比尖沙咀店好

這間北京樓位於德福廣場,前身是翠園,是最近才轉為北京樓!由於是新裝修,所以環境算是算是新淨帶一點豪華。不過可能是30/12, 比較多人訂枱,所以迫了少少。來這兒當然是為了食片皮鴨! 一隻$410,半份$210! 自己點了半! 整體而言,質素算是唔錯,食物夠熱,鴨片算是有點脆,不過應該可以再好一點!咕嚕肉$168,食得出用料唔錯,肉味香,不過唔夠脆! 上面的炸芋絲淋了,唔太好食,比較可惜。火腿津白$148,火腿鹹香適中,津白過上湯泡過後夠淋和入味!小籠包,皮薄多汁,不過皮比較容易穿,比較可惜。至於鍋貼和炸銀絲卷都是不錯之作!茶位$15一位,茶的質素與價錢對比算是合理!最後點多2個白飯和2枝汽水,連同小費,比了1000個大洋!至於環境,由於是新裝修,加上北京樓一向都是走高級路線,所以環境唔差。值得一提的是服務算是唔錯,值得一讚。
