To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 我哋一家6口於4月11日訂枱8pm,大家向職員點菜,見到有推廣用yuu積分以優惠價加餸,我哋問職員有關用yuu積分加餸細節,她說想點什麼即管去平台order先,其他小菜她可以幫我哋落單。我哋用yuu積分在平台付款點了五個優惠價加餸,再點了其他正價4個正價小菜,包括北京填鴨和雲吞雞!其後叫職員scan QR code confirm我哋yuu付了費的加餸,職員竟回答只可以scan一個QR code,其餘四個要我哋分別四日再回來食,優惠期到5月1日,試問我哋如何在兩星期內再光顧四次?而且係職員俾錯誤訊息我哋,而且我哋亦付了費,經理亦不情願協助,糾纏了10分鐘,才勉為其難為我們入單!過了10分鐘,職員回來反問我們剛才落單係唔係繼續?我們非常意外,原來根本沒有幫我哋落單?!晚飯尾聲,準備埋單,經理竟然話我哋嘅白金AE card有discount今次不能用,因為我哋已經用咗yuu優惠!簡直無理取鬧,AE和yuu係兩個唔同嘅平台,我哋落單前已經同職員confirm咗我哋係用AE card埋單,到頭來經理竟然反口話絕對不可能兩個優惠同時做給我哋,只能承認職員嘅溝通有問題,而且還口硬,職員嘅問題和政策

試問唔專業嘅職員傳達一啲錯誤嘅資訊,誤導客人,喺服務行業上並不專業為客人解決問題,而且一個道歉都沒有,對唔住三個字真係咁難講?服務行業絕對係以客為先,職員做錯事,理應向客人道歉,更何況北京樓標榜着一間高級京菜食肆!而且該經理由始至終沒有透露如何稱呼他?美心大集團?


刺激香港經濟,絕對要由根本嘅服務質素開始,難怪香港人個個都北上消費!可悲!
