要數食北京菜,一定會揀北京樓。是夜一家聚首一堂喜氣洋洋地食團年飯。繼片皮鴨是招牌菜外,這個蛋蝦球煮得非常出色,無論煮法丶味道丶材料都好有講究,不是普普通通的廚師做到。我深信廚師必定是位份量十足的人。蝦球數量少,不過就好大件。這個用生菜包的都幾好食,d肉有少少spicy , 不過連埋生菜食就唔多覺。整體食物有質數,只是每碟份量少了一點。

去到北京樓一定會見到差吾多每一枱都會叫片皮鴨,當你叫左片皮鴨後,你會見到有個店員推住燒到好靚既鴨出黎,即場切開一片片,店員好快手就切好放係枱上。當片皮鴨放入口個下入口即溶,而且仲好香口,好好食! 而其他菜式都吾錯,特別要試鮮蝦豆腐,豆腐好滑!唯一美中不足既地方係份量略少,如果多人一枱,需要叫多幾碟先得,但店員整體服務一流! 如果想食好好味既片皮鴨,北京樓會係其中一個好選擇😍

同事last day,team一起食 farewell lunch,因為有人食素所以揀咗太古北京樓。舊鋪樓下都有間北京樓,但從來冇機會去試,所以作為北京人,好期待今次可以食家鄉菜。但結果真係好失望。D點心雖然ok,但就冇一樣送係真正既北京味。尤其烤鴨更加差。餅皮,鴨肉,醬,蔥絲,全部錯晒!水土唔同所以味道會有分別是正常,但佢哋呢個真係睇得出完全冇誠意。除咗個名有北京”兩字之外同北京鴨再無關係。食咗一啖就算了,唔會再來。

腦細要見客,結果又係食北京樓,一個星期食兩次,好彩叫既野唔同,好彩無再叫片皮鴨,如果唔係應該好似膽固醇and脂肪過高。超級健康又好味既涼拌茄子,入口軟軟,仲好juicy,一個人可以食哂成碟。糖醋魚,個人覺得炸得太硬,有幾件都只係得粉,加上個汁又太酸,唔係特別好味。麻醬香味非常重的粉皮,都係冷盤,食完會有少少滯,唔似得茄子咁fresh。外皮超級薄,入口爆汁好juicy,鹹度適中好味道,全餐總共叫左3籠。最後怕唔夠飽,叫多個炒飯,粒粒分明又飽滿既飯粒,食落唔覺得油膩,而且乾濕度適中,好耐無食過有呢種質素既炒飯。

雖然客人好多又繁忙但係服務都算冇乜甩漏

其實 可能係因為要疏通人流

所以只係畀兩段時間你book

唔知係咪咁樣而令到佢哋唔係好好意思

離開了工作3年的公司,到新公司發展,萬分不捨。可是為了前途,終歸要向前看。來到新工作環境,任務之一是先熟悉飲食地點和食肆。捨遠取近,先從離公司最接近的餐廳吃起。北京樓似乎是集團式經營,格局像高級酒樓,單是前菜便索價25元,茶錢則每位13元,位處太古心臟地帶,一如預期價錢不會是一般餐廳價位。看到前菜那一刻還是欣喜的,因為不是酸薑蔥頭,而是我喜愛的豆腐乾和青瓜,而且大大碟媲美一道前菜。跟友人商議後要了一碟鍋貼和炒年糕。鍋貼皮較厚,水準普通。吃兩塊已很飽肚。想不到炒年糕份量十分多,可惜配料太少,只有一點肉絲,吃起來口感層次都單調。友人亦點了椒鹽豆腐粒,幸好我也喜愛香口小吃。而且吃了那麼多澱粉質,這道小吃就較易入口又不會飽肚。皮薄內軟滑,粒粒金黃,是整晚來說較令人滿意的菜式。整體感覺味道不夠地道,很港式,所以不算滿意。

明天父親節,女兒女婿帶我們两老和妹妹到太古城北京楼晚飯。片皮鴨令人失望,太肥腻,我看着女侍從膠袋倒出伴食餅皮放在碟子就上桌,又乾又硬,食店对於處理此菜式完全欠缺誠意,餅皮應蒸軟熱才上桌供食客享用。利用咸菜炒鸭崧味道太咸,差强人意。風沙雞皮脆肉嫩,值得一赞。 水煮魚夠辣,粉皮入味,女兒嗌着要再来一碟。炒蝦仁很爽口。 蜜汁火腿很美味,伴食餅皮用蒸籠蒸熱上桌,甜蜜可口。可惜食店因節日不供應拔絲香蕉,令顧客失望。 楊枝雪糕甘露也可一試,味道不錯。

近排瘋狂的鐘意食上海菜!而對上一次食北京樓已經差不多兩年前,記得那次吃水準還算不錯的今日有事經過太古城,諗唔倒食咩,襯AE card仲有折就去左食北京樓,而且公眾假期既8PM都唔使等位近期最愛:炸銀絲卷銀絲卷精髓在於中間那幼絲,如做拉麵一樣重複拉扯成銀絲,表面就像炸鏝頭一樣,沾上煉奶吃真的美味非常!北京樓這個中間也能造到絲那層次感,就是嫌不夠鬆不夠軟生煎包嬌的的,生煎包包底煎得香脆,包皮厚度也恰度好處。就是肉汁不夠,皮凍不夠,肉香芝麻香油香不夠!最主要既靈魂冇左水煮魚平常的我堅持吃水煮牛,今日就試下食魚呢個水煮魚唔夠辣,唔夠麻,連鹹味都唔夠,淨係夠油!我試左味就冇再掂過咕魯肉 加 蝦仁炒飯個炒飯幾好味,全餐最好味係呢個炒飯,飯粒炒得鬆晒亦夠味道。但咕噜肉完全唔得,味道其實幾好幾開胃,但感覺係食緊粉醬同肥膏。拔丝香蕉我係第一次食拔絲香蕉,好難比評語,只可以話個皮同食糖冇分別,而且入面蕉果part有時會食倒酸酸地,唔鐘意食上海菜來說,北京樓係算唔好食,一係料唔得,料得果陣味道又唔得,比OK係因為有半價,冇半價既話一定唔會來。

近期最愛:炸銀絲卷
銀絲卷精髓在於中間那幼絲,如做拉麵一樣重複拉扯成銀絲,表面就像炸鏝頭一樣,沾上煉奶吃真的美味非常!

生煎包
嬌的的,生煎包包底煎得香脆,包皮厚度也恰度好處。就是肉汁不夠,皮凍不夠,肉香芝麻香油香不夠!最主要既靈魂冇左
