太古城北京樓一向保持到水準,今次同家人一行四人去食片皮鴨。平時食飯兩個人用某信用卡賣單半價,今次四個人用某信用卡就75折。首先片皮鴨好香滑,鴨味濃,味道滿意。我哋再叫片皮鴨二食做鴨鬆包生菜,一樣好味道。雲吞雞係每次必食嘅餸菜之一,湯底龍,雞味夠,每次去一定要飲。萵筍絲炒得好香甜可口,屋企永遠做唔到呢種味道。紅米炒飯粒粒分明,師傅好功夫。飯面有幾粒麥芽㭘桃,配上飯一齊食,另有一番滋味。呢個京蔥炒牛肉片,反而令人有點失望,一D牛肉味都冇,總之叫京蔥羊肉好過。因為有某信用卡,成餐飯都係八百幾蚊,真係抵到爛,簡直係抗通脹之選!

公眾假期同屋企人食晚飯因為老人家行動唔系太方便所以揀左太古城北京樓食飯。 作為系太古城長駐十年以上嘅酒樓其實質數真系好似愈來愈一般。以片皮鴨為例,份量比較少而且基本上無肉汁,包皮方面亦都過厚。炒烏冬更家系中學level。還好咕嚕肉比較高質同有咬口。Overall 而言食物質數一般而且偏貴,其實之前都食過其他美心集團嘅酒樓例如朝江春,翠玉軒同八月花等,性價比都相對高。但因為位置比較方便所以都值3 分。

不會再去的食市🙅‍♀️昨晚吃了一頓服務差,食物差的晚餐🤦‍♀️對比三年前在這𥚃吃的北京填鴨,簡直是天與地之別,由於之前吃過覺得美味,及服務又好,所以才會再光顧,但昨晚實在太失望😞尢其是北京填鴨,一些鴨味都沒有,只吃到青瓜及甜醬配料味道,而且鴨質很乾,這和出面洒樓$98 一鴨兩吃還差,還有小籠包也是乾的,一些湯水也設有,總之就是👎🏻👎🏻,其他的也是一般而已。至於服務也是失望的,不是要求高服務,只求基本的也🤷🏻‍♀️,叫服務人員結單,一個推一個,終於冇結到,等了十分鐘覺得不對勁,唯有再叫另一位服務處理,這晚的.........完🙅‍♀️🤷🏻‍♀️🤦‍♀️👎🏻🙄

北京楼光顾过很多次了,一般都去金钟和历山大厦店,太古城店第一次来,周末的时候排队的人蛮多的,还会限制用餐时间,到点交台。店内环境还是挺不错的,这个档次的店来说他们家的桌椅摆放稍微有点挤,最好要大一点的桌子。点了几个凉菜,虾,海鲜,烤鸭,海鲜羹,时蔬,担担面等,上菜速度稍微有点慢,服务还是挺不错的。价格么稍微有点贵,性价比一般般吧。总体而言不错的一家京菜。

但有啲意義不明 就算用普通凍水坐分別都唔大
之後就無再食過
