我哋兩個都叫咗牛肩扒~配菜有心思,甜椒烤得啱啱好連我呢個平時唔食嘅都食晒😂係香港叫扒真係好冒險,因為我次次叫三成出到嚟成日都比五成或者七成我⋯⋯ 10次有8次都好失望😞呢度個熟成度啱啱好,男朋友叫medium都真係紅紅地冇血水,我嘅Rare都好滿意。


最後真係想講,趕時間嘅你哋唔好食靚西餐,如果想快嘅可以去鄰近嘅薩利亞或者Pepper Lunch🤷🏼‍♀️因為你哋唔值得食好嘢🙄
如果冇叫到多士嘅嗰扒可能真係用耐啲時間去準備,但係等緊嘢食嘅時候同partner 飲吓嘢傾吓計其實好快過。加上服務態度非常良好細心,做過西餐既我真係自問不如😂😂

到差唔多9點45分先上到一碟沙律同餐包

其他檯的客人也是等到呆晒
見到隔離檯等左好耐終於有一碟牛肩扒

之後又係呆等
真係睇見都覺得佢地慘
但現場環境又無坐滿客
已經叫waiter跟進幾次都係一樣

只是叫了一個salad & 4 個主菜!每度菜之間至少等30 分鐘!份量小!知道佢地慢便提早叫佢地可以上甜品(加了$40 upgrade ) 但等了一小時,叫了兩次server 跟一跟甜品,最後我地決定放棄走了(卻沒有一個server 來say sorry 或refund 番dessert 錢)其實客都未坐滿,偷看了廚房一下,卻沒有感覚佢地很忙(做野好似好慢)!我覚得是前面customer service 同厨房的員工不夾,吹了咁多次,速度都系好慢!我覺得廚房在趕客、不想做生意!我地叫都系salad , steak .... 真系唔明點解可以咁慢!野食可接受,海膽意粉好腥!Good luck with your <slow-cook> business !

這天剛好到粉嶺工作,工作結束後找朋友吃晚飯,找了好幾家,最後決定吃西餐。我們點了dinner set,有餐湯,主菜,甜點跟飲料。主菜我們都一致選了香煎法國鱸魚柳,另外加點了是日頭盤。首先來的是麵包,有3款不同款式的,還有3款醬料,分別是橄欖油,黑醋和沙拉醬(希望我沒有錯),麵包挺有驚喜的,很鬆軟。頭盤就是炸物,有蝦子,魷子,魚塊,很難不好吃,哈哈。之後就是主菜鱸魚柳,有2片,煎得剛剛好,很嫩,好吃。最後是甜點跟熱檸水,忘記了是什麼甜點,但上面那片乾的檸檬片,很脆不會酸,甜點的甜度剛剛好。上菜的速度真的有點慢,我們大概吃了接近3個小時,但平常生活節奏太快啦,可以這樣子慢慢吃也不錯。

It was an amazing pork with nature juice and fine quality pork I rarely have and with perfect cook. And the sea bass has a bit salty to me but my bf said it’s just right. Anyway, it’s came with higher level skill of cooking the sea bass into crispy skin texture but still keep the juicy body. Lemon cheese cake also a great ending for the dinner. And the whole portion is best fit. Price is much reasonable this this kinda fine quality meal. I def. come back again and count it as our main dinning place!!

檸檬撻 : 味道ok
但真係好細舊。(6:57pm叫上甜品, 7:07pm侍應主動話準備緊, 7:15pm上甜品時, 係無寫到happy birthday, 老公book檯時已講明要喺甜品寫生日快樂, 之後同侍應講, 佢話叫廚房加返, 又再隔左10分鐘, 另一個侍應捧上甜品, 今次又係無寫到, 仲要打孖嚟2份甜品, 我真係火都嚟, 仲要錯幾多次先夠!
結果7:32pm先上啱甜品。天啊, 一道甜品要搞35分鐘
)

用膳期間, 周圍檯嘅客人都要等好耐先上菜, 其中有一檯1家3口嘅客人三催四請多次先有個湯飲。而餐廳又好明顯唔跟落單次序上菜。講真, 食物再好, 上菜慢到嘔又錯幾次, 哩餐飯足足食左接近2個鐘(等候時間over一半)唔知仲以為自己食緊法國菜

朋友為FTM,每次聚會都會遷就到北區食飯但由於上水選擇比較少,今次佢提議到聯和墟試下朋友介紹既意大利餐廳.我地分別叫了一份牛排及一份羊排再開左支香檳.未上菜朋友告知麵包係自家制,可能因為有期望,點知食落去覺得好一般,重要覺得蕃茄包似隔夜.而個湯就普普通通.到主菜,買相好靚合乎高級西餐擺盤.朋友叫左全熟羊排,點知切開生既.相反我叫三成熟既牛排,切開一d血水都無,近乎全熟.而且肉質又韌又有筋極之失望全晚最好竟然係個甜品,同埋328蚊開支香檳算抵,但唔會再幫襯.
