三款當中較清新較甜。因為唔係和牛,相對油脂感少啲,肉味較淡,但同時亦少啲油膩感。

呢款牛扒食落口感相對比較爽口,有和牛油脂感之餘都有肉味,就咁食或者點少少鹽已經好正。小編最中意呢款😆

・澳洲和牛 Rump Cap
呢款係三款入面最有個性既牛扒,和牛臀部後腿部位。無論係肉味定脂肪感都最重,而且食落有少少騷味 (Gamey味道),所以配上芥末醬食更好。

牛排煎到外香內嫩,切開無血水,係粉嫩既顏色。如果無特定要求生熟程度就會視乎唔同牛扒煎到三至五成熟。

Scotch Fillet即係平日會食到肉眼扒中間嗰塊肉眼芯 有類似牛柳一樣軟滑口感 同時因為草飼嘅關係 油花較少 帶出比較純粹嘅肉香味

紐西蘭草飼肉眼蓋🐮
有Queen of Steak的美譽 有比肉眼芯彈牙嘅口感 但係同時有媲美西冷嘅肉味 係我覺得當晚最好食嘅牛肉

澳洲M7和牛Flank Steak🐮
部位喺牛腩尾部平時比較韌 逆紋切片令佢軟嫩 配合適量油花都有少少入口融化嘅感覺

配菜方面有炸薯條 炒蘑菇 同埋炒粟米
其中我就最喜歡粟米同蘑菇炒到微微焦香🌽
薯條都係手切連皮即炸 配搭三款特色醬料都好惹味🍟

🍴 藍莓芝士蛋糕🍰
因為前面都食得好飽 個甜品比較細份就啱啱好@另外可以講講 我地只係根據booking system留左今次Anniversary用途 並無要求餐廳幫我地喺甜品碟上寫啲咩 但餐廳都好細心寫左比我地🥰

不過有樣嘢餐廳可以改善下 就係三款牛扒同時上 食緊第一款嘅時候就會有另外兩款好快凍咗 影響食物質素 又或者就要將冷氣較細返啲😂咁樣食物就唔會好快凍晒🤔

總括而言 牛肉品質的確不錯 但相對地配菜以及餐湯就更為出色 而過程中估食材都好好玩 好期待下次有咩新菜色(如果book到枱) 服務非常周到 以呢個價錢有咁嘅質素難怪會成為預約困難店

適逢特別節日,今日就去咗試吓大坑好出名嘅pheromone steakhouse,佢真係好難book枱,今晚俾我哋搶到兩個位。一開始會話俾你聽今日有咩牛扒試,之後就會上前菜櫻花蝦沙律,同喺蟹膏米通😋😋😋😋。佢個醬汁好特別好開胃之後就上咗佢哋signature嘅湯,今日估都估唔到佢係用蕃茄薯仔blend 左既湯😋😋😋😋我哋真係飲唔出waiter 開估係咩湯。佢哋所有錢財都係任食唔夠飽可以再加。牛扒今日就有三款可以試其中一款係和牛,比起出邊嘅steakhouse e 到可以試多幾款唔同部位嘅牛扒非常推薦大家嚟試吓但重點係book咗位先😂😂,仲有薯條可以任食最後甜品就係一件細細的芝士蛋糕,我哋都非常飽。

・味道:外面淡淡黑椒香,呢款肉眼冇乜肉味,微微甜味咁,正常。配鹽或者芥辣都無助吊出肉味,但肉眼本來就唔重肉味係食口感,所以都冇咩投訴。
・口感:里脊肉啫係肉眼芯位,一定嫩滑軟腍嘅,咬兩啖就化開晒。
 
🥩 澳洲rib eye肋眼排
・味道:個人最愛呢款,因為肉味較濃。
・口感:Rib eye啫係肉眼頂位,外面乾身啲,𡁻到牛肉嘅質感,但唔係乾,亦唔會去到食到一絲絲肉嘅質感。

🥩 紐西蘭牛肩胛
・味道:呢款重油香,但唔係重牛嘅油香。所以唔重牛味,還好。
・口感:軟腍但同時有唔少筋膜係呢款肉嘅特性(店員講),事實食落都係咁矛盾XD

🤰結論:唔可以話唔飽,但唔滿足🥲,因為肉嘅份量偏少。我寧願cut咁啲配菜沙律同小食,加多兩塊肉。而且當日肉眼為主,對於鍾意重肉味prefer西冷嘅我真係一般啫。價錢唔算貴,但食材同味道都一般,最離奇係竟然咁多人搶book枱,呢個落差除咗用「名氣大」嚟解釋之外,我只能夠講可能因為佢一晚只做一round所以成本大咗。寧願做多兩round好過~

環境:闊落大枱,大概十零張枱到,4人枱同6人bar枱為主,有張係8人家庭大枱。2人都坐6人bar枱的。酒吧暗暗vibe燈光~
服務:的確要讚嘅,每個staff都好熟食材,會逐樣解釋。仲會有啲互動叫客人先食再開估係用咩食材煮,成個feel係開心fd子咁。

我諗唔係因為我表妹,我都唔會有機會試呢間預約困難店大坑我經常嚟,不過只限日頭居多,所以呢間外表黑蚊蚊主打食steak嘅店鋪,更加唔會係我食dinner嘅選擇list入面。大鄉里先知原來食扒都有Omakase。因為我表妹就住喺間舖隔離,所以佢哋黎嘅次數都相當頻密下,可以話係其中一間飯堂添。聽講佢哋由以前嘅細鋪睇仔食到而家咁大間舖,同老闆老闆娘熟到唔熟添啦。所以所有嘢都有由表妹同佢老公話事,我哋嚟到坐低就有得食㗎啦!因為今次帶埋兩個長輩嚟,本身諗住嚟食慶功宴,點知變咗短暫的慶祝活動,唔緊要啦都係一個藉口大家一家人食餐飯姐,不過今次食西餐就比較特別啲,平時多數都係飲茶食中菜居多!食咩頭盤主菜、side dish 其實其他食評應該寫得仲詳細過我,所以我一切從簡淨係寫啲我有深刻印象㗎啦! 佢個湯同埋自家製蒜蓉包係我覺得最吸引嘅一上枱大家以為係南瓜湯,點知老闆娘叫我哋飲完之後講返啲材料出嚟,先發現原來係甘筍薯仔南北杏湯。將中式嘅湯水演變成西式嘅presentation!仲要冇落cream已經做到厚身嘅Texture🫶🏼再加埋自家製蒜蓉包🥰🥰其實飲完個湯食咗個包,之前再食咗一碟好香嘅櫻花蝦沙律,跟住

其實飲完個湯食咗個包,之前再食咗一碟好香嘅櫻花蝦沙律,跟住再嚟一大兜薯條同埋蘑菇,我已經有七成飽🤭主菜都未上

之後嘅牛扒有幾款選擇,最終我都係偏好澳洲和牛,軟淋啲雖然係比較肥。肉味較濃嘅就好有咬口,應該啱男士多啲。

最尾梗係唔少得甜品啦,不過我就覺得冇乜驚喜,當你發現原來佢連點薯條既醬汁都係自家製、個湯又咁特別嘅同時,點可以唔期待佢個甜品呀?可惜⋯⋯

雖然我食完成餐飯都唔知個價錢,不過我睇返其他食家嘅食評,大概都知道每位承惠$600!

其實應該係飲啲酒嘅,我唔係好飲得不過呢啲環境氣氛底下少少無妨,可惜今次同啲長輩就⋯⋯

講真我又未必會專登再嚟,可能我個人唔係好「好」食扒,不過Anyway都好多謝我表妹同佢老公嘅好介紹,全靠佢我先有得入嚟試吓。

有幾點如果大家想嚟食嘅話要留意番
(1)佢呢度好好唔收開瓶費
(2)每個月會開放俾你地上網book位,唔可以Walk in 㗎!
(3)冇限時,所以基本上每晚只係做1 round
(4) 預咗book幾多位就要confirm啦,如果唔係人哋好難幫你預啲食材㗎
(5)沙律🥗同薯條可以refill,其他就sorry 喇
