到主菜牛扒!職員建議我哋第一啖由左食到右,唔好點醬 食咗個原味先,
之後再random 食都得份Secret cut 入口好嫩同有牛味
Flat lron 無平時個浸好重嘅牛內臟味 
所以我覺得好好食
最後個塊picanha 連埋油脂 勁有油脂香 真係好邪惡但食得就唔好怕肥~!

整體嚟講,網上book位夠曬刺激,咖哩汁當湯亦很新奇,腐乳點薯條又得意,免加一,唔收開瓶,櫻花蝦沙律我食左三碟,嚟緊幾個月我都唔會食樱花蝦了,和牛又靭,紐西蘭牛扒卻又軟又滑…..咁多樣嘢加埋,就係一次不錯的體驗了。



但,一次就夠。

主角牛肉,真係食得出三款由淡味至濃烈嘅分別,肉眼芯輕柔嫩滑,肉味似有還無,「牛坑腩」筋腱同肉分布平均,口感豐富,鍾意食牛筋如我會更合口味。最後和牛牛味十分激烈,�鮮美無比,三成熟絕不腥,恰好的嫩身,食唔慣咁生,都勇敢試一次啦!

最後,唔好錯過佢杯咖啡☕️,我哋嗌咗cappuccino(約$60) ,house blend係烏干達+ 衣索比亞+巴布亞新幾內亞三款豆混合,傾向nutty,但唔算好strong。食咗咁多肉,𠵱杯咖啡幾貼心溫柔,好適合做closing 。美中不足係個甜品New York cheesecake ,死甜無層次,似現成貨,無甚特色,有啲失望。特別係前面咁好❣️🥲

比較印象深刻的竟是法包,用上牛脂的蒜蓉抹醬,超香口惹味,可惜不能添食😢 另外薯條也很推薦,上菜後一段時間仍保持香脆不油膩,配搭的三色醬味道也不錯!至於甜品就稍為遜色一點..

Simpuru不常吃牛扒,先利申牛扒的名稱都是憑僅餘的記憶記下🤣 Tasting Flow由淡到濃,前兩款淡味的牛扒,能吃到肉的清甜但纖維也較多,不是我杯茶;後兩款濃味的,肉味和牛脂味很濃,口感亦較軟!
唯一的記憶點是,由淡吃到濃的味覺沖擊,真的吃得到牠們的分別!

Have been a couple of times and the food and atmosphere are great. I enjoyed the endless salad and the fries which come with delicious dipping sauces. The servers are quite friendly and take the time to introduce you to each item that is served.The cuts of beef are not typically what you would find in a steakhouse in HK like picanha and flank steak. Have been visiting them since the small shop when they first started. The couple has the passion for serving quality steak and actually it’s much better to have ‘omakase’ which lots of special dishes will be served including the serious curry fishball, 羊腩煲back then. This time it’s the set dinner at the bigger new shop, the salad and fries were so good with u limited refill. The steak I still like the picanha which is lean but has very meaty taste. BYOB definitely a plus too.

It was the fattiest cut of the night and the owner said it would still be tender even for well-done. I mean look at its marble and you would not doubt it. I was expecting this to be my favourite but we took a bit too long time for photo and the best eating temperature was gone… plus the air condition was quite strong 🥲 So we learnt from the lesson and we tried one for each cut in the next round‼️

The steak is no doubt the main reason of visiting them but their other foods are of top notch that creat a perfect night! The unlimited soup, fries, salad and dessert are just insane🤩 And I love how their fusion concept introducing Hong Kong/Asian influence to the meal. This one was beyond amazing. We thought it was curry beef soup since it was very flavourful and meaty. But they revealed that it was actually vegan unbelievably 🤯 Heard they had some even more mind blown ones with traditional Chinese soup cooking in Western method.

This was arguably the best fries 🍟 in Hong Kong. Crispy on the outside while mellow and starchy in the inside with perfect thickness. Perhaps the best texture for my liking. They used beef fat to fry them and you could notice it when it was served since its fragrance filled the room instantly. The sauce line up was innovative and delicious too: classic ketchup, Chinese shrimp paste and Sichuan sour & spicy. All were delicious and authentic! Plus, I love this kind of blind tasting😝 But to be honest, I ate it plain most of the time since the beef tallow flavour was the best. Refill, refill and refill‼️

This is definitely the best dining policy to a steakhouse🍷 I mean steak and red wine, who doesn’t love it. Just bring as much as you can for this legendary steak omakase! Didn’t take all 10 wines of the night but the Lebanon 🇱🇧 red was the wine of the night. Leather, tabacco, cured meat, plum. Super complex and best paring with the gamey hanger steak.

仲有另外兩隻好特別嘅蝦醬同埋口水汁

首先係澳洲M7和牛
油花感較重 食落肉質好嫩 帶少少爽口

再嚟就係天然牛肉眼 呢種牛全草飼
不含激素 無經過冰鮮
食落肉味更濃郁 脂肪比例重啲
肉質更鮮嫩多汁

最後就係牛臀後腿肌肉
呢種嘅肉味最濃
雖然係較少脂肪
但係食落一啲都唔韌
肉質都好嫩

牛扒方面可能我太高期望
雖然都係出色
但覺得未至於網上面講嘅捧到神級

炒得夠香又調味唔會蓋過蘑菇嘅濃郁味道

甜品反而失色咗 比較普通
黑芝麻味都算濃又唔會太甜
但Cream cheese嘅味道未算濃
而家面頭嘅朱古力醬有啲唔夾咁


終食到史上最難book嘅扒房
唔知係咪我真係太大期望
牛扒無我想像中捧到神級咁
雖然係好食 但我會更推介配菜!
最鍾意係口水牛米通同蒜蓉包

當然仲有任食薯條️😍

欣賞餐廳對食物嘅要求同用心
唔止係味道咁簡單
由選材到烹調都好講究
令客人知道佢食咗啲咩落肚
