🇦🇺澳洲和牛油脂感最重,肉質亦係三款入面最軟腍。


🇳🇿紐西蘭和牛有咬口但唔韌,肉味香濃,點埋原粒芥末籽同岩鹽可以將成個牛味帶岀嚟,自己就最鍾意呢款☺️


🇿🇦南非和牛肉味幾濃,但係就比較韌,而且有一半係全熟嘅狀態😂呢個就唔啱我啦


但係份量真係唔大,每人每款牛只係食到大概2塊,如果唔係有得任食薯條應該唔會食得飽😂


▫️甜品
正當我哋估甜品會係雪糕呢啲西式甜品嘅時候,嚟到竟然係黑糖花生麻糬😂對我呢個煙靭控簡直係喜出望外,黑糖外皮包住超濃厚嘅花生蓉,食落仲有花生粒,口感更加豐富🥜


值得一提自攜酒餐廳係免收開瓶費,當日見枱枱都帶咗起碼2支酒去,而且冇時間限制,唔洗趕交枱,都幾啱同親朋好友去食飯吹水。餐廳成個服務同體驗都唔錯,幾特別,不過主角牛肉嘅份量就比較少,我自己就試過一次就算啦😬

重頭戲🔥一共會有三塊不同種類嘅牛扒,由廚師發辦。
當日分別有澳洲和牛封門柳、紐西蘭草飼牛後腿位及肉眼心🐮
三款都係比較瘦嘅牛扒,所以相對有咬口,即使係和牛都絕對唔係入口即溶。
而且上盤前會先rest咗一段時間,入口比較凍,我唔係太食得慣🙈
後腿位牛味相對較重,不過都唔及美國牛USA prime,好在有兩款不同嘅芥末及岩鹽。
感覺就係有特色,但唔係特別好味。

配菜反而比牛扒更出色,尤其辣炒粟米非常香甜🥰薯條有唔少人大推,但我覺得口感正常,不過配搭嘅醬汁就唔錯,同樣先需要估吓味道,當日有明太子蛋黃醬、茄汁、Tandoori 豆蔻肉桂醬,大大昇華薯條🍟。

煙靭嘅黑糖外皮,內裏包住濃厚有顆粒嘅花生醬🥜都幾好味,係唯一一樣我哋有refill嘅食物。

魚生Omakase 大家食得多,牛扒Omakase 就真係第一次試,由廚師選三款時令牛扒。據說這店超難訂,幸好朋友係熟客仔幫我訂埋便去試試。我很喜歡其Signature 牛肉芝士tat ,餅底香脆,上面的牛肉及芝士很夾,很香及好味。牛今次有澳洲和牛、同埋兩塊紐西蘭草飼牛rib eye 附近的部份。牛肉味、口感各有特色,我們也各有喜好。甘樣試多幾款,再配埋自家製醬料,感覺很好。沙律、薯條也是任食,更不收開瓶費及服務費,也不需趕幾點交枱,朋友飯聚好去處。

牛今次有澳洲和牛、同埋兩塊紐西蘭草飼牛rib eye 附近的部份。牛肉味、口感各有特色,我們也各有喜好。甘樣試多幾款,再配埋自家製醬料,感覺很好。

朋友話呢間店舖比較難預約,咁佢約到就梗係試吓啦。最喜愛佢免收開瓶費,真係好適合同好友知己一齊嚟飲酒食好嘢。有好多食物都係free flow, 譬如沙律,薯條,甜品。牛扒方面都係比較講究,普遍嚟講都係比較瘦,我個人就非常喜歡。但係如果比較鍾意食肥牛嗰啲就可能不咁太合適。

至於主角牛扒🐂,用嘅係美國同澳洲嘅牛,侍應會先俾生既牛客人望,介紹唔同牛嘅風味分別,例如美國嗰肉味未比較重,有嚼口,澳洲有款就會有內臟嘅鐵味。食落既時候都會感受到,係幾好玩,但牛扒既質素唔係上乘,依個都係我重要覺得唔抵食既地方。

不過個人比較喜歡食落有點焦香的牛扒( ・᷄ὢ・᷅ )


配牛扒的sides有薯條、粟米和磨菇,
蘑菇有濃濃的牛油香,好食!
除了茄汁,薯條配上兩款自家特調醬,
一款是蒜香沙津醬,還溝了點練奶所以帶點甜味,
另一款是酸辣醬,以米線湯底為靈感,
麻香富辣勁,但就嚐不出有酸味

甜品味道就普通吧,似現成入貨


💬總括而言,質素沒有好live up to my expectations畢竟預約有夠困難…用小店標準來評的話是絕對高質的,但以steakhouse標準來說個人較喜歡hyatt steakhouse,所以就當作是支持小店吧。另外氣氛不錯,服務員和食客打成一片,而且歡迎byob!
