經過佐敦的白加士街無數次,多數是為了去澳牛。而這間與澳牛數舖之隔的越南菜小館河內通常只是匆匆路過,印象中光顧過的次數應該最多只有三數次。 就如不少小型食店,座位安排有點逼,搭枱也是少不免。店內佈置簡單,有不少越南擺設,不過全部都看得出有點'歷史',帶點點殘舊感,就如在提醒食客這店都開了段不短時間。店員都是越南女子,感覺地道,但放心,要與她們溝通落單,用廣東話當然OK啦。不知廚房又會不會也是全越南班呢?這夜只想簡簡單單來碗越南生牛肉粉($40)做晚飯。這裡的牛肉粉湯頭雖然看來顏色深,但不會太鹹太濃,而且不油膩。不過飲落味道頗淡,只帶淡淡清甜。生牛肉片肉香一般,粉算滑溜。好在配著新鮮九層塔及大量洋蔥絲等,令這碗味道偏淡的生牛肉粉至少食起來覺得清新。總括來說,無論食物,服務和店內環境印象都只是不過不失,會否再訪,就隨緣吧。

這夜只想簡簡單單來碗越南生牛肉粉($40)做晚飯。這裡的牛肉粉湯頭雖然看來顏色深,但不會太鹹太濃,而且不油膩。不過飲落味道頗淡,只帶淡淡清甜。生牛肉片肉香一般,粉算滑溜。好在配著新鮮九層塔及大量洋蔥絲等,令這碗味道偏淡的生牛肉粉至少食起來覺得清新。

午餐收$55, 不便宜的店, 與其裝修不相稱, 心想, 有甚麼奇特之處, 試一試吧.蝦醬炒飯, 材料只有蝦, 蝦是連尾部的殼, 新鮮貨, 基本上沒有其他材料, 飯炒得不太乾, 但尚算粒粒分明, 沒有一舊舊, 可惜飯身水份未收, 咬落淋口, 蝦醬味道濃郁, 整體而言, 材料質素尚可, 可惜師傅炒工未達標.凍飲再加兩元, 合理加費. 但收$55的午餐, 質素改進仍需努力.

椒鹽軟殼蟹 - 炸得好乾, 雖然有魚露點, 但乾同燶的感覺完全不可以令我覺得佢好食, 比較失色

看電視有介紹蟹膏湯檬, 很吸引我來試試看, 找了一晚看完電影來青檸梳打味道有點怪, 可能是青檸太少而糖漿又有點太多沒什麼酸味, 甜味加梳打的苦味就是了鮮蝦雞絲春卷, 蠻喜歡越式春卷, 不油又好吃點了鮮蝦雞絲, 味道不差, 春卷皮不會硬, 但略嫌淡了一點牛肉撈檬, 不會驚喜的味道, 夏天吃撈檬很合適配料也給得多, 也有不少蔥蒜, 算是合格的一碗撈檬這個算是當晚吃到最好的, 蟹膏湯檬. 蟹膏不是大閘蟹的那種而是比較流質一點的蟹膏, 有鮮味不錯吃. 湯頭也夠鮮甜, 整體蠻好吃的這裡除了蟹膏湯檬外其他真得沒什麼特別, 所以應該也不會再來了

I went there last week to buy takeaways, I think it really cost too much compare to it's quality.1) 3 color rice : the menu shows it is $40 but the woman said takeaway food has to add $5 (if I didn't ask her she wouldn't told me when I placed the order). the rice is ok but I think it doesn't worth $452) grilled pork noodle : again the menu is $ 32 but takeaway has to add $3, the pork is not grilled. it tastes like the meat being cooked in soup for a long time - tasteless and too soft.It's an exp

都係睇左cctvb介紹去,原來成日都經過,係有印象,但唔會想入,因為個門面真係好唔吸引!四時幾到,食午餐餐牌,但整體唔貴up to $30, 點個生牛肉,都算大碗,個湯都夠味,牛肉都唔少,我認為個價算低,下次會再試下其他!

我諗如果唔係蘇民峰o係電視節目到介紹過呢間餐廳,都好難會有街客自己走入去皆因門面平平無奇,無裝修,座位狹窄,感覺有D混亂同埋污糟,都好佩服蘇師傅竟然搵食搵到來呢度成間店都係得兩三個越南籍既姐姐一腳踢,基本上廣東話溝通都無咩問題,亦都無落錯單/漏單問題,但係就唔好expect會有好笑容同埋好招呼喇先來既係一杯滴漏咖啡,盛惠$25。一上來已經聞到好濃既咖啡香氣,然後睇住佢一滴一滴咁滴落去D煉奶到,真係未飲落去,先興奮十分鐘後就差唔多滴完,同D煉奶搞勻就飲得。入口真係好香濃,滑就一定係無意式咖啡咁滑,不過佢既咖啡味就絕對有過之而無不及火車頭,即係生熟牛肉+牛筋腩+牛丸河粉。價錢大概係$50,個人認為都幾抵,用料好足,牛丸細細粒但係好彈牙牛肉亦都無咩肥膏,唔會係$10一pack既cheap貨。牛筋既賣相有D嚇人,因為係白雪雪同埋好林似一個肥膏,同平時港式既牛筋好唔同成個火車頭唯一美中不足之處就係個湯底有D油,但係應該無落到味精同埋飲落都有好豐富既香料味,少少瘕疵都收貨啦!蘇民峰強烈推介既蟹羔湯檬。睇電視既時候以為佢賣得好貴,點知都係$40有找個湯檬無咩配料,只係得兩塊味道還可以既扎肉同幾隻蝦~

蘇民峰強烈推介既蟹羔湯檬。睇電視既時候以為佢賣得好貴,點知都係$40有找

個湯檬無咩配料,只係得兩塊味道還可以既扎肉同幾隻蝦~ 但係叫得呢樣野都係為左試一試佢個蟹羔湯底,配料多少完全都唔重要了~


一上檯已經聞到好香既蟹味,再望一望個湯底既色澤,橙到好似蕃茄湯底咁,加埋一粒粒浮面既蟹羔就更覺吸引!

飲一啖湯,即刻成口都係蟹羔既香味,不過D檬粉好似唔太索味,夾埋一齊食就會覺得個湯底淡左

但係食晒成碗都無口乾,同火車頭一樣應該都無落味精,呢方面抵讚!

最後叫左個雞絲手卷,普普通通啦,要點食撈檬既汁先放得入口,如果唔係好dry

呢間食店環境就真係唔多掂,但係食物絕對係水準以上同抵食!希望佢有錢可以執一執或者擴充啦!
