話說今日經開太子深水埗呢頭,經過呢間越南舖頭,之前聽朋友介紹好似唔錯,所以book mark咗好耐,今次終於有機會一試。中午時候非常爆滿好彩入咗去先,跟住已經要排隊了。從朋友二人點咗一人一碗嘅火車頭河粉,同埋豬頸肉,飲品方面點咗咖啡同埋鹹檸七。火車頭河粉,除咗分量十足,牛肉種類豐富之外。河粉嘅滑同埋湯頭嘅鮮甜亦都配合得天衣無縫而且佢嘅九層塔係分開上既,好少舖頭會咁樣做,個人喜歡自己將九層塔搣碎跟住滲係湯頭裡面會更加香,呢1點係值得稱讚。豬頸肉方面非常香,火候啱啱好,除咗將少量豬頸肉裡面的肥肉用火迫咗出嚟之外,亦都燒得個邊有好香脆,但又唔乾,以味道方面香茅味亦都非常濃郁,下次可能試埋同系列的香茅雞翼咖啡方面佢哋用左越南咖啡,都幾香濃總括而言,呢間舖可以話係臥虎藏龍,雖然舖頭細細,但係食物水平極高,會返轉頭再試佢既越南春卷同蝦餅,望落隔離枱好正咁,份量亦十分多

今日好開心同屋企人去咗旺角嘅一間越南餐廳,呢一間餐廳性價比高,而且價錢經濟實惠,份量多,有越南風味,真係值得一讚,食咗一次真係食過返尋味,我哋再幫襯啦,我適合朋友或者同屋企人相處嘅地方,呢一間餐廳位置好方便,好容易搵,所以唔使驚蕩失路,然後呢一間餐廳裝修簡單,佢哋嘅餐牌食物選擇好多,有米粉米線或者飯類,而且全部都係大大碗,唔使驚肚餓,要等一等我食得好飽啊,而且呢度餐廳侍應都好好,全部好友服務有禮貌,而客人為上,有賓至如歸的感覺,我覺得發現附近嘅人都有啲外國人幫襯,特別係佢嘅肥牛湯金邊粉真係值得一讚,真係好好食,佢哋份量多之餘,而且佢湯底都好好飲,呢個先係最重要,依家係咪一間我覺得湯底係最好飲嘅,而且佢哋嘅小食都好多選擇,有炸春卷,豬頸肉等等,全部都好食㗎哇
