最近iphone有點崩壞,所以訂了近自己的天才吧,不過下時間尚早,所以先去吃點東西。家人指定要這家越南店的外賣,所以我就去了買,順便吃一下。主打越南pho,選擇不算多,我就選了些大路的東西環境:光亮企理,感覺不錯食物:生牛肉湯河$58牛肉非常嫩滑,份量夠多,湯底帶冰糖甜味又有點牛骨咸香,河粉幼細,而且有足夠的生洋蔥跟羅勒葉調味,實在吸引。炸牛油雞翼$38熱辣辣的炸雞翼入面很夠juicy,外脆內軟做到了!蛙蛙菜$18正常水準,有些脆脆舖要增強口感另外一份PHO是豬扒湯河$65這一份沒牛肉粉那麼好吃,不過肉量夠大,也是不錯~

原來去沙田市中心搵食,除咗火車站新城市廣場之外,連城廣場亦都有唔少野食,我發現了呢間越南餐廳又抵又唔差,CP值係幾高吓。(1)越好生牛肉河$58: 牛肉湯底香濃又足料,牛肉薄切,煮到剛剛好,咬落又軟又嫩。配埋九層塔超正。(2)越好花腩飯$58: 呢個似越南版嘅暗然銷魂飯, 豬腩肉半肥瘦剛剛好,燜到好入味,煮到好鬆化,堅好味。。。(3)炸魚餅$36:呢個配酸甜醬,非常開胃(4)炸春卷$36: 春卷即叫即炸,非常之香脆。++我今次係散叫,其實另外可以叫餐仲抵。。

昨晚食過呢間越南野覺得唔錯,推薦下先👍呢個酥炸牛油雞翼食得出係生炸,仍juicy有汁。上面既炸蒜都好香口。唔錯由於自己都識整魚餅,所以一食就知餐廳係交貨定自家製。呢間食得出係自己整的,魚膠都打得彈牙,紅咖哩的調味都剛剛好雙扒飯,扒都煎得香口的。係雞扒比較甜左少少。而配菜既醃蘿蔔唔係預期酸酸地既醋味,唔啱我口味。串燒即燒都香口的,但如果多d沙嗲醬仲正!香茅茶味道唔錯

一直都好鍾意食pho,

越南美食在東南亞可以算是與泰國美食一樣別具特色,而且越南美食的優點就是便宜又大碗,吃再多也不心痛。雖然今年冇得飛去旅行,但係世界各地嘅美食都飛來香港,細心發現原來呢間係「過江龍」餐廳。除咗味道正宗之外,仲真材實料架!大家去到一定必試佢嘅招牌生牛肉湯河,河粉 Pho河粉幾乎可以說是越南美食的另類代名詞,到了越南更是一定要品嚐一下道地口味,尤其當地人非常喜歡將河粉當做早餐,路上總會看到許多攤販在販賣,且雖然各家都會添加肉片、豆芽菜、魚露等,口味依然會隨著調味而有所不同,再加上獨家秘制的辣椒醬調味,好吃的河粉真的會讓人一口接一口,停不下來啊!店內出名嘅係要12小時慢火熬製嘅湯頭▲招牌生牛肉湯河($58),絕對係必食之選,湯底用60公斤的牛筒骨、牛腩 慢煮12小時再加入超過12種香料,將牛骨嘅鮮味更上一層樓,每日限量供應250碗,想食就要早啲嚟啦~▲越好雞翼湯檬 ,湯底推介一流,我幾乎飲咗半碗😆▲青檸梳打($22 ) ,再配埋呢個越南獨有迷你青檸,香味十足,飲完之後非常解渴和消膩!▲自家製香茅茶($22),再加上檸檬味道,一飲愛上。▲越南炸春卷 豬肉餡加木耳絲再配埋自家製醬汁,清新開胃健康!一
