好唔容易等到限聚令放寬,終於可以晚市堂食,同太座急不可待出去搵嘢食,之前聽朋友話連城廣場有間越南嘢唔錯,決定去試試!喺門口等咗一陣先入得,4人一枱同有距離規定,座位減少等候耐咗係冇辦法,不過食得安心都唔緊要啦!叫咗個二人套餐,同太座都係點生牛肉,我就河粉佢就轉咗檬粉,湯底飲得出好重牛骨味,清甜無比,話明生牛肉當然唔好煮到熟哂啦,比起外面嘅呢度做得到,牛肉仲帶粉紅色,食落好鮮嫩,讚!炸魚餅冇雪味証明唔係整咗好耐,合格之選!春卷炸得脆脆,點酸甜醬食,越食越想食,熱氣萬歲!食完梗係要飲返杯凍飲啦,我飲鹹檸七太座就青檸梳打,無甚特別,叫做可以解吓渴!埋單同職員傾咗幾句,原來佢地喺馬拉開咗好多年,所以食物出品基本都有水準,呢度咁方便下次再嚟食吓其他嘢先得!

青檸蘇打可以說一喝秒愛上,薄荷葉的清新剛好平衡青檸的酸,冰涼透切的蘇打入口清爽順口,又能止渴,完全重現出當地喝到的青檸蘇打味道。

酥炸牛油雞翅 HKD38,用上馬來西亞醬料醃製,面層鋪上薄薄麵粉,用樹籽油半煎炸至金黃色,再伴以炒香的牛油及蒜蓉,難怪吃上口有香濃的蒜蓉味道又帶點牛油香。

炸得香口又美味,但肉質還是很嫩滑,肉汁滿滿,咬下去骨肉都很容易分離,絶對是必吃之選。

越南豬扒飯 HK$56,以馬來西亞秘製醬料,香茅碎、頂級玫瑰露等,把豬扒醃足10小時,再以鐵板煎至金黃香脆,配上咸酸蘿蔔條、白飯、太陽蛋和蝦片,單是賣相已經很吸引。

有蝦片伴飯,已經忍不位要先吃,咸菜蘿蔔條又能開胃。白飯配上太陽蛋,那些蛋液伴飯一流。

豬扒和平時所吃的香茅豬扒有點不同,不會有很重的香茅味道,反而多了點醬料的味道在豬扒之內,煎至金黃色又不會很乾,還保留著肉汁,吃完整碟飯,又能飽肚又滿足。

同朋友好耐冇食過越南野,既然大家都沙田友就幾左黎試下新野,越好位於沙田火車站一出就係既連城廣場一樓,好方便。去到就有位,叫左個二人餐$168,每人1主菜+1小食+1飲品,我哋分別試左生牛肉湯河同香矛雞扒撈檬。生牛肉沙河既牛肉分量算多,大大片有5至6塊,肉質緊緻有牛味,就算浸耐左都唔鞋口,河粉幾滑,好正係個牛肉湯暖粒粒,岩最轉凍既天氣食。另外撈檬個雞扒煎得岩岩好,好重香矛味,會有碗醋汁俾你撈丫撈,醃蘿蔔,生菜,青瓜呢啲配菜增加清爽口感。牛油蒜蓉雞翼炸得香脆,而炸蝦餅都唔差,點埋泰式甜辣醬👍兩杯香矛茶估唔到係有甜味,好重香矛味落重料。
