相信好多人都覺得Pici既手工意粉同tiramisu 好唔錯我都係常客之一今日發現如果平日lunch去食叫佢地個lunch set會抵好多二百蚊唔洗就可以有齊前菜、意粉同甜品兩個人去到 雖然lunch time 比較多人 但都好快有位 安排左吧台比我地今次叫左吞拿魚牛肉、Parma ham 做前菜主菜就係墨汁海鮮意粉同我最愛既carbonara 意粉依然彈牙掛汁最後就用tiramisu同Panna cotta 做總結成個set食完好夠飽Pici lunch set menu 仲會定期更新絕對唔會令你食厭😋

今日發現如果平日lunch去食
叫佢地個lunch set會抵好多
二百蚊唔洗就可以有齊前菜、意粉同甜品
兩個人去到 雖然lunch time 比較多人 但都好快有位 安排左吧台比我地
今次叫左吞拿魚牛肉、Parma ham 做前菜
主菜就係墨汁海鮮意粉同我最愛既carbonara
意粉依然彈牙掛汁
最後就用tiramisu同Panna cotta 做總結

仲有一款叫皇帝蟹吉他麵,叫Chitarra King Crab。呢款吉他麵口感係硬身煙韌,麵條掛汁,加上啖啖蟹肉同蟹肉絲,嚼落爽彈,食落有鮮味。麵條沾滿蟹肉,再加上濃郁帶少許辣味嘅蕃茄醬,非常美味。


Tiramisu ​:Tiramisu上層嘅咖啡粉同砂糖都落得幾多,所以要小心唔好咁大啖咁食, ladyfinger夠濕潤,適合鍾意多CREAM、唔多咖啡味酒味既人。大推!

一行五人去呢間西餐廳飯聚,7時入去,由於有一些晚歺組合沒寫在Menu裏邊,只通告貼在牆上,便找了一位侍應介紹一下,-位外籍女侍應過來,她說得很快,沒什麼耐性,最後我們也聽不清楚,就隨便叫了一些意粉冷盤之類,食物來得很快,沒太大特色及印象,總之大家7:30左右已經食完,再看看有什麼吃,又請該外籍女侍應給我們Menu,問有沒有甜品之類,說時遲那時快她已經開始收我哋的餐具,一副趕客態度,我們7:40左右便離開餐廳去另外覓食,從未遇過這樣的服務和對待,也從未用40分鐘吃晚餐,永不回頭!

係Pici近來比較新嘅菜式。 Chitarra係屬於幼身pasta,但又唔會好似angel hair咁hairy,食落口較煙靭同彈牙,吸收埋蟹汁同微辣茄膏,十分好食!

咁多個Starters個人覺得最出色就係呢個肉丸,肉丸大細好慷慨,一啖係食唔晒,咬落去唔會話過於鬆散或者太實,係軟熟,食落去係肉味澎湃,佢係一個將豬肉同牛肉混合嘅肉丸,有油香但唔會有羶味,再加上帕馬森芝士同鮮茄醬,同好香既黑椒味,芝士味濃,鮮茄酸酸嘅味道食落更加開胃。

Tagliolini係餐廳嘅招牌,係一個鮮刨黑松露細扁麵。Tagliolini麵條係細扁麵,普遍係2-3mm寬,同Spaghetti差唔多長,呢度既Tagliolini都係新鮮手製既手工麵,咬落非常之煙韌彈牙。

意粉上面有新鮮刨嘅一片片黑松露片,實際食落松露既味道都係靠醬汁,黑松露片係提香。

而醬汁係由白松露打成嘅白汁,重松露油香味,麵條同個醬汁配搭得非常好,麵條掛汁得來又唔會話食落去太鹹或者味道太稀,醬汁唔算多但足夠。

Tiramisu上層嘅咖啡粉同砂糖都落得幾多下,所以如果唔小心第一啖好大啖咁食,食完應該會即刻濁親咁咳。

Mascarpone cheese食落係好creamy好幼滑,custard食落係有蛋香味,而下面嘅蛋糕部份唔會話太重咖啡味,因為我個人唔係好鍾意重咖啡味,成杯食落味道偏甜,但唔會話太Heavy,因為下面嘅咖啡蛋糕帶少少苦味中和一下,Tiramisu一定要有咖啡苦味但唔可以太多,而呢個既芝士會重過expresso,ladyfinger夠濕潤,不過份量小啲。整體味道未係香港食過最好食,但係入門級滿意嘅Tiramisu,適合鍾意多CREAM、唔多咖啡味酒味既人。

🌟價錢方面晚餐我覺得係中價嘅意大利菜,如果突然好想食黑松露意粉、意大利雲吞可以一食,但呢個價錢食到呢個質素絕對係滿意,人均300食到手工意粉嘅口感,應該算係香港性價比最高嘅手工意粉同埋意大利菜。

用餐體驗都好好,上餐速度算快,食完pasta之後會收晒啲嘢,俾啲新嘅碟同餐具再上甜品。環境都幾好,將軍澳分店好似其他分店咁,有半室外嘅位置,邊食邊望住條街,感覺自身喺外國咁,而且仲可以帶毛孩,不過半室外位置會同間離枱相連。

Lunch同埋brunch比起夜晚更加平,人均百幾到二百幾就可以食到前菜意粉甜品,整體係我經常回訪嘅手工意粉。
