未到聖誕我已開始蠢蠢欲動了,講的是在這月份裡,找些什麼應節聖誕餐來吃。 Pici - 是一間我比較喜歡的意大利餐廳,在香港有頗多分店,當然我的地頭將軍澳區也擁有一間。前個月更與我的姨甥,光顧過這分店的午餐,她更對這餐廳的千層麵也讚不絕口最近我留意到這餐廳已推出了新的節日限定美食,今天晚上就約了住在澳南的朋友,來聚一聚,嚐一嚐他們聖誕的限定。這餐廳日夜的格局不同,午間的比較寧靜,有匆匆吃個午餐就要趕回工作崗位的感覺。而晚上的氣氛就比較溫馨浪漫了,可能是現場裡播放著的拉丁音樂和柔和的燈光所加深了我的觀感。這節日限定,以自家制意大利麵為主菜。今晚每樣各點了一款,先來的是鴨胸鵝肝多士配無花果醬,鴨胸是煙燻過,多士非常脆口,加片無花果一起吃,就完全沒半點肥膩了。足料的海鮮濃湯加酥皮,裡面的海鮮量非常足夠,有三文魚、海蝦、青口和八爪魚,湯是蝦湯底非常之濃郁好喝,值得一讚。蕃茄肉醬芝士意大利麵,這是Pici的招牌必吃出品,裡面除了蕃茄肉醬之外,也加了熟的碎蛋和火腿,面上蓋上巴馬臣芝士去焗,芝士味濃烈和表面香脆,一人品嚐一整碟也未為過也。濃烈芝士味的意大利麵吃過之後,再來的是藏紅花野豬肉意大利闊麵。相

濃烈芝士味的意大利麵吃過之後,再來的是藏紅花野豬肉意大利闊麵。相對味道就平淡了一些,但自家制的闊條麵保持水準的軟硬度,不吃牛的可選擇這款野豬肉,與闊麵的味道也是配合。

食西餐,必點意粉,食過太多意粉平時都覺得得咁上下,除非呢醬汁好好味,如果唔係都唔會特別驚艷。但!pici 嘅意大利粉,係真係食緊意大利粉既味道!第一啖已經覺得意粉口感好特別,好彈牙,咀嚼嘅時候係有香氣,唔係醬汁嘅味道,係意粉嘅香氣。嗌咗兩碟意粉,無論係黑松露定係牛肉都好出色!

食西餐,必點意粉,食過太多意粉平時都覺得得咁上下,除非呢醬汁好好味,如果唔係都唔會特別驚艷。但!pici 嘅意大利粉,係真係食緊意大利粉既味道!

昨晚10月26日星期六正是洋人攪鬼的日子,相約友人到將軍澳行街購物,知道在附近有間很精緻的意大利菜餐廳,便定位試試。坐在靠近門口半開放式的位置,剛剛天氣正是深秋非常涼爽,這地方一年可能都系只有三個星期這樣正斗,坐下去很不錯頗有氣氛,侍應生似乎是‘賓賓’,所以不懂‘ink 門’點菜可能有些論盡,但小弟都略懂‘ink 門’也很大情度聽不懂帶著滿口鄉音,要細心聽才知他們在說什麼東東。點了兩個前菜和兩款pasta, 味道呢也過得去,特別是手工意粉,很好吃夠彈牙,可惜份量比較適合女士們,男士可能不夠飽。

昨晚10月26日星期六正是洋人攪鬼的日子,相約友人到將軍澳行街購物,知道在附近有間很精緻的意大利菜餐廳,便定位試試。坐在靠近門口半開放式的位置,剛剛天氣正是深秋非常涼爽,這地方一年可能都系只有三個星期這樣正斗,坐下去很不錯頗有氣氛,侍應生似乎是‘賓賓’,所以不懂‘ink 門’點菜可能有些論盡,但小弟都略懂‘ink 門’也很大情度聽不懂帶著滿口鄉音,要細心聽才知他們在說什麼東東
。點了兩個前菜和兩款pasta, 味道呢也過得去,特別是手工意粉,很好吃夠彈牙,可惜份量比較適合女士們,男士可能不夠飽。
