將軍澳南真係有好多新餐廳,好多都未曾光顧,今晚又去試了其中一間商場餐廳。這個屋苑商場之前甚少經過,原來也是第一次在這裏開餐。揀了最多客人的「Pici」。上網查一下資料,原來「Pici」隸屬於一間更大型的綜合餐飲集團 Pirata Group 旗下;似乎在香港要成功地搞飲食業,一定要有相當程度的雄厚資本撐腰。「Pici」在香港多個地區都有分店,定位小餐館而並非高級意大利餐廳,只供應頭盤小食、意大利麵 / 意大利飯作主食及兩款甜品。反而飲品及紅白餐酒就有相當多選擇,雖然並非什麼貴酒,但就反映歐洲人喜歡食飯要品酒的生活習慣。餐廳裝修簡約,也有很多外國人幫襯,相信味道應該幾正宗。由於只需要烹調頭盤及意大利麵 / 意大利飯,一個簡單的開放式廚房已經足夠。其實有一個非常抵食的 tasting Menu for Two;可以在餐牌上任揀三個頭盤、兩款意大利麵 / 意大利飯及盡享兩款甜品,每位 $290。只可惜份量太多,小編兩口子冇辦法食得下;以免浪費,最後只是單點兩客主食。侍應送上一個紙袋及一碟意大利黑醋加橄欖油。打開紙袋,果然是切片 baguette。麵包皮實在太硬、中間又唔夠鬆軟,加上凍冰冰,都

Ravioli alla Norma 茄子芝士意大利雲吞($140)表面鋪滿大量煙燻 ricotta cheese,但就不見有很多茄子。再望真啲,原來切得很細塊,又煮至很軟;加上大量鮮紅色的蕃茄醬汁,完全掩蓋了紫色的茄子。

味道方面,蕃茄的酸味非常濃郁,掩蓋了茄子香甜。 Ricotta cheese 是芝士的副產品,經過二次烹煮與過濾而成的固體;不同於其他芝士的紮實口感,入口綿密軟滑、帶點顆粒,亦沒有其他芝士味道那麼濃郁黏稠。所以,用 100% Ricotta cheese作為 Ravioli 的餡料煮熟後也不會變得結實,仍然保留了餡料的軟滑口感。餐牌介紹餡料加入了檸檬調味,但並不明顯;因為蕃茄醬汁味道實在太濃。整道菜式的 Ricotta cheese 份量重手,只是味道太過單調。

青口質素一般、有少少腥;蝦仔及魷魚味道好得多。醬汁調校得很好,蕃茄的微酸加上少少香辣,同海鮮濃汁很匹配。餐廳所用的意大利麵每天在工場新鮮自家製作,再送至各分店;食得出新鮮意大利麵的口感,只略嫌硬身了一點點。但以這個親民價可以食到新鮮意大利麵,不容錯過。

講到甜品,整體來說,意式甜品肯定及不上法式甜品的精緻及變化多端;但 tiramisu 及 panna cotta 卻肯定是意式甜品的代表,名氣及味道絕對不下於法式甜品Tiramisu ($60) 用玻璃杯呈上,賣相有點粗獷,貫徹餐廳的意式小館定位。

採用傳統炮製方法,表面灑上香濃朱古力粉,第一層是打發得很軟滑黏稠的 marcaspone cheese,杯底就是浸了咖啡酒的意式手指餅 ladyfinger。味道香甜、口感幼滑,實在是製作得很好的傳統 Tiramisu;如果墊底層的 ladyfinger 多一些,口感會更佳。

將軍澳南雖然有不少意大利餐廳,但全部都有點美式風格,Pizza、牛扒、意大利麵一律都出現在餐牌上。唯獨「Pici」係真正的意大利小館,以 pasta bar 定位,又採用自家製意大利麵;加上親民合理價,值得一試。
