我是衝著甜品Panna cotta 嚟,意粉都是我的配菜 。Panna cotta 的cream( 應該叫做cream還是布丁?anyway...... ) 真的好細滑好smooth 。 而他的野莓醬,酸甜度剛好, 不會太酸 。非常配合這個滑嫩的cream, 真的非常好吃。我也試了 tiramisu ,不過相比之下我更加喜歡Panna cotta 。侍應的服務非常好呀, 而且menu 的價錢沒有10%服務費.。所以結帳時記得打賞侍應。

千層麵要另外加$10。上枱時熱辣辣,睇得出係即叫即供。面頭有焗到脆的芝士,可惜內層有太多油分滲出,千層麵層次唔分明,睇唔到有幾多層,應該係過多肉醬所致,蓋過麵皮的蛋味,整體過鹹且油膩,有點失望。

餐牌指明肉碎是慢煮8小時的牛面頰,表面灑上碎芝士。由於寬帶麵比較寬身,配搭濃郁的醬汁會較理想。意粉有咬口嚼勁,不過不失。


甜品可以選擇Tiramisu和Panna Cotta(意式奶凍),我哋都不約而同揀咗前者。

Tiramisu是杯裝的,分量非常慷慨。食落有驚喜,杯面舖上一層可可粉,下層的cheese cream 輕盈幻滑,而且口感濕潤綿密,帶出咖啡香味,係整餐飯的昇華之作。


當日臨近聖誔,餐廳的佈置和音樂都頗有聖誕氣氛🎄。總括而言,餐廳在同類型意大利菜中價錢較貼地,而且份量十足,如果想搵一個cozy的地方食飯吹水可以一試。

同堂妹嚟到呢間親民價嘅意大利餐廳食飯,一入到去侍應好細心講解menu有咩食同有咩特別!當然我地揀左松露嘅意粉🍝要試試佢地嘅手工意粉,先講大大片嘅松露一嚟到已經聞到松露香而且好多🤤意粉當然軟硬度適中煙韌彈牙,再揀左呑拿魚牛油果他他,呑拿魚配撘上牛油果可以消除左膩嘅感覺,非常fresh同開胃再講個雲呑除左醬汁再加上芝士好惹味,另外仲有叫左沙律,最後食埋個tiramisu成餐飯好飽滿!會再encore!

最後甜品不得不試佢嘅[Tiramisu]($60)以杯裝感覺過癮,而食落亦係我食過最滑嘅tiramisu😻非常creamy甜度亦剛剛好🤗

食左咁多野之後更會奉上一小杯Limoncello🍋作為餐後酒,係一種檸檬風味嘅甜酒黎自意大利南部,好濃厚嘅檸檬香味,但入口非常強烈(abv25-30%)未必個個鍾意🤣

總括黎講係一間性價比嘅強嘅pasta bar, 可作causal dinner 之餘又不失大體,與其平時去cafe食黎食去都係個幾款意粉不如試下去呢間試齊哂佢咁多款唔同特色嘅手工意粉👍🏻

We went in at around 7pm or so and thankfully we did not have to wait for a seat. I was recommended the black truffle by a friend and so we ordered it with a lasagna. Both dishes tasted fantastic but I prefer the truffle more as it was creamy and had a strong truffle flavour that I love 😍😋Not only was the meal amazing, the service was top-notch with attentive and responsive servers, making our dinner experience an excellent one! 🤩🤩
