仲有,佢個餅底真係又脆、唔厚

呢個真係超好食,佢基本上係建基於Margherita薄餅上加一啲牛肉粒,仲要係鮮牛肉粒!
叫呢個薄餅一定要Large ( 如果唔係實後悔)

3)Quattro Formaggi (四式芝士)$150 L
當你以為芝士實好食㗎啦,
錯!唔係度度嘅四式芝士pizza都入味㗎
(有啲完全食唔到層次)
而呢間唔太顯眼嘅pizzeria,個四款芝士
放埋一齊真係好好食!仲要分到個舌頭嘅前後左右分別分佈左邊款打邊款、嗰個神奇之處真係繞舌百日😭

- Forget about the ambient (IT'S A PIZZERIA!). - Don't worry about the service (it's a neighborhood shop, they know their locals and gave bend over backwards service).- It's probably the best pizza in town. I lived in Northern Italy/Southern Swiss for over 6 yrs. This is NOT your Napoletana pizza. This is the best and closest to the real Northern Italian thin crust pizza HK has to offer. I lived in Northern Italy/Southern Swiss for over 6 yrs. This is NOT your Napoletana pizza. This is the best and closest to the real Northern Italian thin crust pizza HK has to offer.

Toppings.... ok. You can't fault them with the price they charge (HK standard). But the dough is GOOD.

Try drinking at one of the 2 wine shops nearby and order the pizza to be delivered to the shop. It's a perfect match.

We ordered two dishes, one 'Italia' pizza and one 'chef recommendation', baked eggplant with tomato sauce. The pizza came quickly and was crispy, fresh and tasty. But then came the baked eggplant. Just by the looks it wasnt too appetizing already, cause it just looked like some veggie with some tomato sauce dropped on it. But we were hopefull that the taste would be good, as the pizza was tasty. However, we were severly disappointed. Moreover, despite being a 'baked' dish, the center of the dish was stone cold. When pointing this out to the owner, he reacted rather offence and wanted to what exactly was 'cold'. Thereafter his only reply was, 'we will heat this up for you'. And indeed, the same plate was heated up and served again after a few minutes. Needless to say, this is not exactly what one would expect from a 'chef recommended' dish, and it was obviously not fresh. 
No intentions to go back whatsoever, or perhaps only for some take away pizza.

老闆聲稱這蛋糕只用了朱古力、蛋、牛油和糖去製作,沒有使用麵粉。

一吃入口散發十分濃烈的朱古力味,口感軟滑,有點像fudge cake,而且夠冰凍 ,實在是很好的chocolate  therapy。

素未謀面的老闆突然請我吃朱古力蛋糕,實在令我有點心花怒放,心情大大提升!下次一定會帶朋友一起來再試吃pizza!

大size的pizza 大約是14"左右, 樣子非常可觀。不過吃外賣pizza的時候總是會有犧牲, 就是熱度和脆度都會差一點。但它的味道很香濃, 芝士味很夠。雖然有一點過咸但也無損美味。小妹覺得入口還是有輕微的辣, 未知是不是店家送錯了 Salame Piccant呢?

又到蔬菜時間。在這方面我一向都頗為堅持, 始終不吃的話身體會運行得不太順利嘛。頗有看頭的一個沙律! 而我很中意在沙律之中加入香橙肉, 微酸的滋味和醋香很夾。沙律菜也來得很新鮮。不過又是老毛病, 橄欖油下得太重手了啊。底下的菜都太油了! 而烤吞拿魚, 呃, 我必須承認自己實在太少吃烤吞拿魚了! 一口咬下時還在想, 怎麼我又叫了雞肉吃? 這雞肉也怪怪的... 多吃幾口才發現它是很熟的魚! 味道也好香呢。
