今次試新嘢 講既係cinnamon roll. 其實都唔會擔心唔好食, 佢既酥皮product 無得輸。今次面包加左cinnamon ,面層再加糖霜🤤size 又剛剛好。其實另外買左件 earl grey 戚風蛋糕 , 之前都有提過佢既chiffon cake 好soft 好味買兩個包都成70蚊 其實都真係幾吝嗇! 多所以唔可以經常食㗎啦!之前新年重買左佢出既gift set $280 ,裡面包左差不多十包小包裝cookies 啦,棉花糖啦,small cake 啦!重有玻璃樽既海鹽朱古力cookies! 全都都好味。

Every time right after Bing Kee breakfast, we usually walk around Tai Hang to search for something new - even inside 7-11 😅This time I wanna choose a bread for my afternoon tea , I choose a mango croissant 🥐 time and a piece of brownie !! Lastly as I remember the first time we went to this shop, the couple introduce all their “products “ showing their professionalism and 💓 heart . But latest these few times no more recommendation, is that because the shop already run smooth and they will think no need to promote anymore ?
I just think it seems no more human touch 😔and it should be the most valuable thing I found in Tai Hang 😊

This is the 2nd time of my visit. I love their handmade ice cream so much. They have the  monthly favor of the ice-cream. The crunchy with milk chocolate is their July favor. 一向覺得PLUMCOT的糕點很富牛油香,這次撻底亦不例外,而且做得鬆脆。法國草莓香味超濃郁但頗酸,剛好雲尼拿吉士夾心甜度足夠中和,質感輕盈。各部份都很到位,是簡單的美味

值得一提的是此店是由香港人和她的法國丈夫開的,女主人好詳盡的介紹產品,老公則專心烘焙,抵讚!

雖然此店只做外賣,但我站在門口吃也無問題,還可和女主人交流吓,好有法國小店的風情呢。
