好耐未食過。。所以有日經過就去食。。一叫就鵝脾瀨(招牌菜),105元,都幾貴,味道可以的,但未去到驚嘆。甜酸醬係買現貨,呢個無誠意。。另外也點了油雞瀨,雞無味,不太推薦,40元左右,算了吧。。但環境就真係唔得。。有一陣臭味,厠所在旁邊。。真的不太理想。。空調開得好大,可能用來蓋過啲氣味。。不明白點解過到食環。。如果真係好想食,真心建議外賣,但我就唔會再去啦,真係一路食,都驚肚痛。。呢個價錢,我諗可以試多啲其他嘅。。

I visited this restaurant following a recommendation, however I was left disappointed. I went for the roast goose with ‘lai fun’ noodles. Had to walk fairly far to come to this restaurant given not particularly close to any mtr station.Service was very quick and the soup was pipping hot. Noodles were nice however I came for their roast goose which i found extremely tough almost to the point I couldn’t bite it. Extremely disappointed and won’t be recommending this to anyone

幾年前已經食過波記叉燒、油雞燒鵝,一試永世難忘。一直都知道係好食靠得住嘅燒臘飯店,琴日突然想食,所以今日食晏專登喺中環搭車入去西環食。一落車見到人龍排到隔離兩個鋪位,非常墟冚!原來主要都係Kong U學生黎食晏。等左大約20分鐘,終於有位坐。我哋叫左個叉鵝瀨同肥叉油雞飯。肥叉睇落去脂肪同肉分佈相當均勻,而個叉燒汁應該係有落到蜜糖,甜得嚟唔會涸口,果然咬落去口感非常豐富,至於個油雞,係凍左少少,有啲海南雞feel,但係好好彩地個部位係雞髀,所以口感滑到不得了,重點係呀波叔(同佢唔熟,暫時尊稱)將件雞肉下面啲骨起晒,令食客可以安心食用,呢啲咪就係級數囉,呢啲咪就係心思囉。至於個燒鵝,皮脆肉香,唔洗酸甜醬都可以食哂佢。以呢個價錢俾到咁嘅質素,形同派錢。我哋見到後面個肥仔學生一個人食完一碟又再嗌一碟自己食,好食嘅程度已經唔洗再講落去。企門口等20分鐘絕對更加顯示到佢有幾值得去食。其實相信大家都知道波記根本唔需要人幫手寫好食評,因為佢已經做起左個口啤。而且佢哋唔需要做大佢,因為已經非常忙碌。不過好就要寫好,唔好就要寫唔好,今日終於落手寫一個歌頌式食評,都係為咗表揚波叔、波哥、波姐、波妹(同佢唔熟

首先,份量十足,而且唔係啲頭頭尾尾。鵝皮燒到鬆脆鬆脆,肉質正常,調味適中,唔會太鹹。


食飯嘅話可以配埋薑蓉,送飯一流。至於瀨粉都係正正常常,但@bili_blu 就覺得個湯底太重味精。

波記出名燒鵝叉燒,平日午餐時間都要排隊,很多附近大學的學生來午餐。今次點了叉燒燒鵝雙併飯,加䓤油,似乎每枱人都係咁叫。叉燒係肥瘦叉,燒得香口,有燶邊,加上蜜糖好惹味。燒鵝燒得脆皮,夠味,略有少少過肥,不過算接受到。雖然店舖空間唔多,但店員都好主動比多張摺櫈比食客放袋,食得舒服。
