To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 當日經過咗尖沙咀呢間有poke bowl 食嘅餐廳,就同同事入咗嚟食咗個dinner。以為剩係得凍嘅poke bowl, 呢間餐廳有得選擇用個石鍋裝住,有熱食版,非常適合冬天!我哋嗌咗一個凍,一個熱。ALOHA BOWL有牛油果,雜菌,甜粟米,豆腐,海帶等等。食物新鮮。OHANA BOWL就有三文魚,沙律菜,櫻桃番茄,溫室青瓜,甜粟米等等。個三文魚好好食,味道調教得啱啱好。間餐廳嘅裝修都幾別緻,同同事傾偈幾舒服。

聖誕節一丁友行完海邊就嚟食我覺得最抵食嘅poke bowl店Poke Go菠蘿魚,食咁多次都係份量好夠又好好食😋由最初嘅凍夏威夷碗,到依家仲出咗配料有啲唔同嘅熱食版同埋壽喜燒餐,啱晒唔想食咁多生冷嘢嘅女士雖然係熱碗不過都係偏室温,石頭鍋都係儀式感嚟姐🤣主要係三文魚會輕輕灸燒,微微暖暖地唔會太熟,面頭炸牛蒡應該係氣炸所以一啲都唔油膩,仲好脆口,滿滿嘅配料食完勁滿足(˶‾᷄ ⁻̫ ‾᷅˵)Poke Go依家仲出咗個叫菠蘿魚嘅手機app,除咗儲分,新會然仲有$20現金卷同免費$38小食!另外佢哋仲做緊9點後堂食8折嘅優惠直至,我嗰日早咗少少所以冇得折,如果夜晚去食可以睇住個時間🫶

經過好多次,今次見無乜今排隊就去食,選擇都算多,而且可以揀要唔要醬,要唔要飯,好岩要減肥或低碳人士 。我朋友走飯就勁多菜,感覺好fresh,仲走埋醬,真係瘦身之選 。我就因為第一次食,食佢最original ,揀左壽司飯,覺得都非常出色 。三文魚比例都算多,青瓜新鮮爽口,飯都好夠,一個月仔真係食唔哂,最後打包分2餐食🤣環境都唔差,係枱與枱之間太近,聽到哂人地講咩,不過香港地方間間都差唔多,服務員都nice。可以再黎食嘅餐廳之一。
