來到上環文娛中心附近的Poking小店吃晚餐。這間餐廳主要食夏威夷蓋飯Poke Bowl. 之前覺得出街食飯比較不健康,但來到這間餐廳,裏面的東西都是健康的。可以根據個人的口味和喜好自由配搭,里面都是高蛋白質,澱粉質都是優質的澱粉質,升糖指數低的澱粉質。很適合注重健身一族。份量很大,絕對會食到很飽。自選bowl $125我們叫了蕎麥麵,鮮蝦,中華沙律,木魚絲。蝦很新鮮,好彈牙。蕎麥麵麵質Q彈,好爽。Salmon the Classic $123三文魚很有鮮味口感,有一定的彈性,令人食慾大增。蜂蜜柚子特飲柚子的酸味和蜂蜜的甜味配合得剛剛好,不會太甜。很滋潤喉嚨。店里環境清新,光線和店里的裝修令人感覺很舒服。這是一次很好的用餐經驗。地址:上環蘇杭街121號地舖

聖誕吃太多之後想自制一下,但又約了朋友外出吃飯,想了又想決定來了上環Poking!之前已經來吃過一次,夏威夷蓋飯比較少汁少油,又有很多像蝦肉、雞胸肉等高蛋白又低脂的選擇,是外食健康之選呀!這次來發現它們還新增了warm bowl﹐不過今天回暖我們就沒有試,留待下次吧!朋友點了一個已配搭好的Moo Moo Onsen bowl﹐牛腱肉上菜時也是熱的,其他部分則是冷的,有溫泉蛋、芒果、蕃茄洋蔥莎莎、紫洋蔥等等,配的是他們家的自製醬油,相比起其他醬料,醬油不會很高卡路裡,但調味也很足,因為牛腱肉本來已有調味,加上配料很多,蕃茄沙沙酸酸的,芒果又非常香甜,所以吃下來完全不會覺得清淡,就是減肥也不能吃沒味道的食物呀。而且超大一碗的!!牛腱肉的份量比較想像中多很多,外食來說$98這個份量其實挺相宜呢!我們還set加$20點了一個提子起泡水。我就喜歡自選配搭,選了一份吞拿魚再加了半份三文魚,補充滿滿的omega-3 ! 配菜選了椰菜花、甜粟米和冬菇,再加了木魚絲和飯素,配了一個辣醬油,是自製了一個健康又飽肚的日式風味bowl!!事實上即使點了半壽司飯跟半沙律菜,飯的份量也挺多的,難怪在半半選擇下可以

朋友點了一個已配搭好的Moo Moo Onsen bowl﹐牛腱肉上菜時也是熱的,其他部分則是冷的,有溫泉蛋、芒果、蕃茄洋蔥莎莎、紫洋蔥等等,配的是他們家的自製醬油,相比起其他醬料,醬油不會很高卡路裡,但調味也很足,因為牛腱肉本來已有調味,加上配料很多,蕃茄沙沙酸酸的,芒果又非常香甜,所以吃下來完全不會覺得清淡,就是減肥也不能吃沒味道的食物呀。

整體這次二訪也非常滿意,是吃下來讓人沒怎麼罪惡感的一餐,因為都是原形食物,也沒有很多油跟肥膩的醬汁,但食物選擇很多,份量大男生也一定飽肚,而且即使是減肥,吃飯時還能看到有滿滿一大碗色彩繽紛的晚餐不是很開心嗎?
