Salmon, Tuna, Shrimp, Crab Stick Salad, Tobiko, Shredded Egg, Cucumber, Edamame, Sesame Seed with Traditional Shoyu


Also added half avocado 🥑 because I’m feeling a bit hungry


The ingredients are very fresh and the shoyu sauce goes so well with the rice and salad.

Espresso with coconut is also refreshing to go with the poke bowl, using coconut water as the base and an espresso shot on top.


There is also an option to build your own poke bowl, and you get to choose all your favourite base and toppings!

今日食既呢間係位於上環叫Poking既小店, 一開始係比佢可以無限配答既menu吸引左試一下Menu上既配料基本可以係咁加上去, 而本身餐廳亦都好sell健康呢件事, 所以每個預設既配搭都係健康為主今日食既呢個係I am Greedy,基本上已經齊哂所有我想食既配料, 包括有三文魚, 吞拿魚, 鮮蝦, 蟹籽等等, 係超豐富的!!由於佢本身己有附上芝麻配自家醬油, 個味道同濕度已經預設好, 個人覺得濕得黎又唔會變左湯飯, 而又可以將所有食材都撈得好順利! 仲有多飯呢個OPTION! 抵讚食落超豐富同口感一流, 每一啖都有充足既配料可以食到, 由其是三文魚同吞拿魚都係比較似食緊丼飯咁, 味道同口感都係有不錯的分數加左個沙律小吃, 係醋撈沙律, 口感勁Fresh, 仲有好多不同既主食同小吃, 下次再黎食其他款!!

今日夜晚屋企又無野食,係openrice搵下有咩好食。見呢間店幾多like, 所以就黎呢間食下。我地揀左兩個餐Creamy Baby同moo-moo.每個餐既底可以揀壽司飯或者糙米飯或者沙律菜。野食黎到,意外地大碗,裝得滿滿的。Creamy Baby有三文魚,牛油果 ,豆腐,青瓜 ,蟹子,木魚絲,脆炸蒜粒等等。材料算是新鮮。Moo-moo 材料有蝦仁,西蘭花,菠蘿,藜麥車厘茄沙律。菠蘿係新鮮菠蘿好多汁,令整碗食落幾好味。我地仲點左一杯凍蜂蜜柚子茶同蜆湯。個湯超級鹹,同有種唔知咩怪味,好難飲。柚子茶就正常。整體黎講,覺得無其他人講得咁好,但份量真係幾多。蜆湯就千其唔好點。
