中午時間,需要提早訂位每張枱之間,感覺有點迫,沒有想像中的高級酒家感覺食物方面,整體來說,點心的質素以及炒飯炒河只是可以,其實預期應該可以更加高,因為收費比普通茶樓高一些而且食物的份量也比較少,這方面,就做足高級酒樓的「氣派」我們叫了很多點心,所有點心都真的普普通通,其他尖沙咀的酒樓沒有太多差異,當中的蝦餃,應該是蒸過龍,用筷子夾的時候被已經破開,有點失望,其他炒飯麵,油菜,放到枱面的時候,只是暖的,並非熱的那樣,所以扣分 continue reading

在海港城搵中餐,見到新開的王子飯店,Element 那分店就食過好多次,於是馬上試試。百花烤雞翼,這個不錯,上枱時熱辣辣,蝦膠亦足料。叉燒比印象中差了一大截,顏色好像放了好耐賣唔去,被翻熱了無數次,暗啞,色沉。另外,伴隨住叉燒的不是什麼蜜糖汁,而是厚厚的油在底下,叉燒偏肥,不值 298。王子一品煲,這晚最好食的一道菜,料足,花菇好厚好香,鵝掌好大好肥美,498 抵食。最後甜品,蛋撻,蛋漿完全不甜,但少許老火,都算非常不錯的蛋撻。整體不錯,服務員好有禮貌,讚 continue reading
