唔好睇佢就咁錄肥牛咁簡單 食落去嘅時候食得出係人手切嘅 所以食落嘅紋理都好有口感
另外本地牛都好重肉味 當然就冇蝸牛咁有脂肪感 但係呢種實實在在嘅暗味再加埋薑絲蔥絲同埋熟油黎講 我會話係簡單而考功夫嘅菜式 真係好值得再食😝

今晚同啲好朋友提早過節,去左長沙灣太子海鮮菜館食飯。過節梗係要食好啲,叫左半隻燒鵝,半條蜜汁燒鱔,豉油皇鮮鵝腸,仲有蟶子皇豉椒米粉底。另外再加幾個菜。呢度嘅燒鱔好出名,好好味。另外燒鵝唔錯,抵食。咁豐富,每人都係二百零蚊落樓性價比高。

又到星期日,工人姐姐唔喺度,我哋又要頭痛諗下去邊度食晚飯好,好在屋企附近有一間美味嘅小炒食店,我同屋企人去到嗰度叫了一個果皮蒸鮑魚,果皮夠香,鮑魚夠淋,十分之有咬口。另外叫了一個蒸豆腐,豆腐夠滑,有好多帶子喺面,十分好味,送飯一流。另外又叫了一個菠蘿生炒骨,最鍾意酸酸甜甜嘅味道,有這味菜食飯都開胃啲,咁今晚又解決咗食飯嘅問題,有感到滿足,感幸福。

今晚冇工人喺屋企煮飯,又要傷腦筋去搵外面食肆食晚飯,屋企附近有一間太子海鮮飯店,今晚又要去幫襯下。我哋兩人叫了一個豆腐蒸豆腐、一個咕嚕蝦球,咕嚕蝦球酸酸甜甜,有好多菠蘿青椒等配菜,十分惹味開胃。再叫了一啲豉椒炒蟶子,蟶子用豉椒炒變得十分惹味,用豆腐加埋啲飯一齊食飯十分之軟熟好味,感覺十分溫飽。這間舖值得再幫襯,價錢唔貴,十分公道,大家多啲幫襯喔!

傳聞此店晚飯小菜,水準極高,所以在晚飯時段,往往高朋滿座,客似雲來,如冇預早訂位,顧客都無謂嚟此店,碰運氣博即時有位食飯。有見及此,揾食肥華在3月11日便致電此店,預訂咗3月15日晚上18:OO晚飯四人枱,訂枱時接電話位,女服務員,強調因該晚訂座已接近夫卜,衹能安排一張四人卡座給,肥華一家四口同坐,可是當肥華坐落該卡位後,該名女服務見身型龐大嘅肥華,坐得太逼狭,主動為肥華一家人,轉為坐六人圓枱,肥華在此萬分感謝,呢位女服務員嘅貼心安排🙏🙏🙏至於今餐在此店,食到嘅食物都唔使點評,因每樣餸菜,都喺濕水棉胎級数,,食到肥華,靚媽,大細仔仔都俾👍👍👍此店一定有回頭

採用炸淮山替代豬肉,一咬帶有淡淡酸甜味道的炸醬,十分鬆脆可口,而經炸後淮的山,原本粉黏的質感消失了,反之變得輕盈和順滑。還有選用新鮮菠蘿夠誠意,既鮮香又多汁,罐頭菠蘿實在比不上! 整體有驚喜且美味,不錯也!
