工作地方睇野, LUNCH未食野, 就順便係附近行下見到餐廳就隨心入去食係門口一塊快餐牌, 就係望到個四寶飯就咁引左我入去食我叫 NO.5 太子四寶飯 加 熱華田  $43又唔貴, 又快, 一入去又有位坐,唔洗等最怕食野要等,除左TEA TIME, 因為肚餓唔等得 華田濃,唔淡, 四寶有(紅腸,雞,叉燒,半隻咸蛋) 再加幾條菜心,又有薑蓉, 齊全對於肚餓既我係唔錯既醫肚選擇 價錢合理, 快 令 正 , 岩曬番工人士既LUNCH 時間

等左一陣,一碟碟既切雞燒鵝飯就排哂隊咁送過黎,雞同鵝睇落都好大件好肥美!切雞油得黎唔算好乾,燒鵝好有光澤,塊皮仲好脆口。加埋燒味用既醬油,甜得黎唔算好咸,正!想加薑蓉同燒鵝醬既都有,難怪我班同事會咁想食呢個飯

前一天收到朋友通知,有意大利北部某酒莊莊主朋友到訪香港,朋友帶其試一些地道菜式,問及我有否興趣參與,我當是欣然答應赴會!七時多到達,只見內裡裝設都是一般港式餐廳款式,但座位擺設得較寬鬆,加上燈光光度適中,感覺也較舒服!由於朋友訂了檯,所以入場就有大檯,也更輕鬆了!由於一班朋友尚未到齊,我就看了餐牌,先點下酒前菜--泰醬煙鴨胸!先來試其味;肉質煙韌有致,加上煙燻味點綴,不蘸泰醬,卻配上了來自意大利的輕淡紅酒,帶來了令人愉悅的感覺!慢慢地品嚐著煙鴨胸的時候,朋友們陸續到齊了;互相介紹寒暄一番後,是時候點主菜了!先來一個燒鵝皇,份量夠大,有點兒霸氣;各人齊齊起筷,連意國友人竟也懂得運用筷子!此鵝皮脆肉滑,而且調味頗佳,再配合一些酸度與濃度較高的意大利佳釀,直令人吃得十分滿足,意國友人也不停稱讚!之後再上燒味拼盤,各人也很快把其掃清,再加一個較少份量的;而這細份的以性價比論十分高,四種燒味都做起很好;燒肉夠脆皮,油雞肉質嫩滑,燒鴨味道適中,叉燒亦夠肥美;對於瘦身人仕來說極度邪惡!另外此兩款一口菜式亦是下酒妙品!火候夠猛,每件肉的份量大小剛好;在口中細品,油脂與肉香蔓延開來,與一些清新爽口的意大

此道煎蠔餅亦是佳作!吃下去完全不覺油膩,蠔仔既鮮且滑,將食物細嚐再吞下後,口腔中回味盡是鮮甜!趁此餘韻飄蕩之時,喝ㄧ口充滿花香的意國白酒,又是另一美景!

吃吃喝喝,連番舉杯起筷後,意國酒莊莊主示意對香港的地道食物極之讚賞!但當他知道價錢後,更表佩服!

睇落幾好, 試試叉燒, 味道唔會過甜, 肉質鬆化, 有肉味, 燒得幾香, 尤其是燶邊啲位, 不錯不錯。燒鵝味道都可以, 皮脆肉味都可以, 但比起叉燒就差少少, 只因叉燒太出色。

同屋企人諗住出街簡簡單單食個晏,經過元州商場見到有間新開既中菜館,門口有D相,以為係菜牌,原來係個大廚上電視比賽嘅得獎相片。心諗攞奬咁勁,試下都冇所謂啦!入到去環境幾舒服乾淨,服務都唔錯!睇下個餐牌價錢街坊價。本想隨便叫D小菜,點知老板竟然親自招呼客人好親切,佢話可以另外寫菜,唔駛跟餐牌。原來老闆就係大廚,好後生喎!最後我地9個人叫咗個招牌燒味拼盤、濃湯娃娃菜、健康手工豆腐、清蒸沙巴斑、豉椒炒聖子、法式焦糖燉蛋、北海道奶椰汁紅豆糕。個燒味拼盤既燒肉比較硬D,好彩燒鵝軟嫩又唔肥因為有老人家,所以叫咗清清地既豆腐,估唔到切工咁厲害,全部都切到好似一mm咁薄,好均勻好靚,上面有鮮東菇,鮮淮山,同粟米,估唔到小菜館都咁有心機豉椒炒聖子有鑊氣又新鮮蒸海斑火喉適中,鮮甜嫩滑意外驚喜係有西式甜品個法式焦糖燉蛋好綿滑,蛋香同奶香好平均叫咗一個試下之後,屋企人忍不住要叫多幾個

長沙灣終於有新餐廳!同屋企人試下新野本身都係諗住試下新餐廳 點知食落有驚喜!炒左幾碟小菜 都好有水準價錢比酒樓大眾化 但水準有過之而無不及最推介係豉椒炒蟶子 少少辣又開胃又惹味同埋最驚喜既係海鮮菜館竟然有creme brulee同紅豆糕等等既甜品 小朋友都岩食 食晒先記得影相添哈哈
